Brews excellent tasting coffee

Very good product except it only brews 2 cups of coffee per k-cup, other cups will be watered down and the full flavor will not be enjoyable, this can be costly seeing that a box of k-cups are 8.99 & up depending on the brand, should brew at least 10 cups of coffee at full flavor to compete with price
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

We are in love!

We bought our system at Costco. We had been wanting one for a long time and saw that they had it on sale there. $124.00 plus you got 60 K-cups and the reusable K-cup. We just couldn't pass it up. We have loved it from the second we bought it. It's easy and fun to use. All of my kids from 16-9 love making everything from iced coffee to hot chocolate. The only thing that makes me a little annoyed is the price of some K-cups like hot chocolate or iced tea. They cost the same as the coffee K-cups even though hot chocolate and iced tea are a cheaper product. It would be nice if the price was lowered, even to around four to five dollars. Other than that we are completely hooked.
Pros: Makes Yummy Coffee, Tons Of K-cup Choices, Fast, Easy to use, My Teens Love It, Stylish
Cons: Some K-cups Are Costly

Got it from COSTCO. Haven't had it a week and the pump stopped. Will be returning it to COSTCO. We had a Mr Coffee K Cup machine before that lasted a year.

I used to have K10 mini brewer in the past (till it died) so I purchased this one as replacement. I use it for occasional drinking when need to make a single cap in rush morning and i don't have time to brew coffee. The biggest drawback for me, personally, is the time it take for the brewer to be ready. If you don't use it, it goes to sleep. Then you have to flip the switch ON and it takes around 3-4 min. before its ready. Funny part even if it is not ready, the cup sizes may flush letting you select what you want. At first i though if i were to select the size i want and click go, it would make the cup when it would finally become ready. Turns out once it becomes ready, it ignores the selection you had already made while it was in the Not Ready mode.
Cons: Wait Time To Be Ready

At the end of the brew cycle, flow is painfully slow. This may be more related to the K-Cup rather that the Brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Found the secret

I make two cups every morning. I use French Roast K-Cups and the combination is perfect. Very easy to use and cleaning isn't as much of a pain as I thought it would be. All that said.......my first unit lasted 6 months until it just quit on me. I got another one and after about 6 months it quit on me as well. The second time around I diligently used the filter kit and de-scaled every 2 months and it still died. But I stuck with it and found the secret. While de-scaling it (1/4 cup at a time (are you kidding me)), I said to heck with it and left it to sit for a couple of days with the vinegar in it. And then out of curiosity I tried one last time and it worked. If you live in an area with high mineral content in the water (even if you use the filter), this system will bog down. If you leave the vinegar in it for more than a day when de-scaling it will un-clog. And that my friends is the secret.............Now, all of that said, why wouldn't Keurig make a more robust system? Hopefully, their engineers are working on that right now.............
Pros: Great coffee, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Needs To Be More Durable
