Great if you can get it to work

I love the keurig platinum WHEN IT WORKS. I got my first one in oct 09 From the beginning it would at times not brew when I pressed brew. I would turn it on and off a few times or unplug and it would start brewing again. did the whole de-scale used filtered water. The problem got more and more frequent[...]the replacement unit worked great until a week ago, started doing the same thing, press brew and nothing. Unplug plug in run a few cups to get a normal flow and then the next day same thing. De-scaled it and same thing...this morning was the worst took me ten minutes and then it brewed a cup of water, luckily I left a cup under there because a few minutes later it randomly started brewing again. called keurig and was told to halfway unplug and replug five times. this sounded silly but ok. Now I have to wait for it to screw up again and then they will send another. I did get offered more free coffee, but it just seems wrong to be throwing all these in landfills. How can keurig be making any money when they have to send you several new brewers a year?
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Breaks easily, Fragile

What a Joke!

I got the B70 for Father's Day yesterday, but it seems more like an April Fool's Day gift. We followed all the set up directions and it brewed a great cup of coffee last night. Then I got up this morning and the pump wouldn't work. I called the customer service number and some little clown was asking me for my email address and my mailing address, c'mon lady tell me how to fix this machine. She also was unable to locate any service technicians while we were on the phone. This whole scenario is a joke.
Cons: Fragile, Piece of junk

This was my Fathers day gift and my family hit a home run with this machine.Now they know what to get my for other holidays bring on the k-cups

How many Keurigs will it take

Ok so my story seems to be like everyone's I bought my first brewer and loved it I like flavored coffee my husband does not so this seemed perfect for us we drink a lot of coffee after 8 months the brewer just stopped working the menu light went out and it just stayed on "not ready" grateful for my warranty I contacted customer service they were very nice and they sent me a new brewer 2 months later the 2nd brewer starts leaking water all over the place once again I called I was sent a new water tank (which I never believed was the problem because the leak seemed to be under the brewer) after the new tank arrived and was replaced the water still kept leaking now I'm waiting for brewer number 3 seriously I have had $10 coffee pots last forever at[$] I'd expect more the concept it great when it works I love it seems to take up more of my time with problems though they will easily send you a new one but personally I'd rather just have 1 work right something in it's design is flawed and Keurig really needs to get back to the drawing board and fix it!

I am now having to order my 3rd one via QVC in last 90 days. [...] THis one lasted 8 days. Unit just shuts off after making one cup of coffee everytime. Same as previous brewer. My family has owned 21 Keurigs collectively. I have written Keurig 3 times in last 18 days and they have yet to respond. I guess this is QVC problem. There won't be a 4th pot as I will return and give away all K-cups and contact Better Business Bureau and notify everyone I can. [...] Platinum is listed as not available at this time. Wonder why?

I have had my Keurig for awhile. I was waiting to see how it done before I wrote my review. I have bought 4 so far for other family members. I only had a slight problem with one of them and Keurig quickly replaced it. They were great! We love our Keirig. After a couple of weeks of using our Keurig my husband got back out our old coffee maker. He said he thought it was better. He made two pots of coffee put it back up because the Keurig made the coffee far more superior than our old one did. He was so surprised. We have not used our old one since. I plan to buy more as gifts!! Thanks for such a wonderful product!!!!!

I originally bought a Keurig and had problems with it; shutting off, not making a full cup etc. I returned it and had the same problem with the replacement. I contacted Keurig about the problem and someone immediately contacted me and sent me another one. Long story short; I am on my 5th brewer and this one finally works the way it is supposed to. I have had it for 3 months and haven't had a problem with it at all. I absolutely love it and use it several times a day. I am a huge coffee drinker and I love being able to have a fresh cup anytime I want it without having to make a full pot. [...] Thank you.

I love my Keurig platinum

I have had my Keurig Platinum for at least 2 years and have never had a problem. I use it every day and it still only takes 1 minute to brew a 12 ounce cup of coffee. I would strongly recommend Keurig.
