Can't recommend it.

I have had problems brewing to the cup size I want. Today I had to brew it 4 times to get a full cup. Having problems since I got it and tired of calling them to solve my problem.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Won't work half the time

I finally bought a Cuisinart kcup brewer

I originally had a B60, which I think they're now calling a Special Edition. It lasted about a year and then started telling me it needed to be descaled continuously. I had constantly used bottled water and descaled it every 3 months, so I don't think I did anything wrong. Called Keurig, and I have to say, their customer service was excellent. They replaced it with a B70 (now Platinum Edition) which worked great for about 18 months. It died (completely) the last week of April. I don't think I ran into the water pump problems a lot of other people seem to be having, it just quit. I was willing to buy another, was interested in a B155 (new model), so I called Keurig but they were out of stock. I was told that it would be in by mid-May so I got on the waiting list. No one mentioned the manufacturing problem, had to find that out on my own. Mid-May came and went, checked the website and it said end of May. May came and went, website then said early June. This just kept happening and even though I contacted Keurig, still, no one referred to the "problem". By early June, and still without a Keurig 6 weeks later(!), I gave up and bought a Cuisinart that takes k-cups. I'm sorry Keurig, I really wanted to buy yours, and I waited a looonnnggg time, but still nothing. Now your site says that it will be even longer and you won't even tell people why. I know you have low end brewers available, but that's NOT what I wanted. Sure wish it had worked out for us. You might want to give your customers better info, we did invest a lot of money in your machines. By the way, I love my new one, it works great.

On our third Platinum brewer...

We love the convenience of this brewer, but haven't had any luck with the Platinum model. We are on our third brewer and all three had the same problem -- the pump often "sticks" and whirls endlessly without pulling water from the reservoir. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Keurig replaced the first two brewers with new ones, but now that the third is acting up after less than one month of use, I really wonder if they're able to get this problem fixed or not??? This is really frustrating!!!!

Cons: Fragile

On my 3nd replacement

Guess I am having the same issues as everyone else. Just got my 3rd machine; same issue each time: shuts off by itself, then brews partial cup if you can get it to work. Why can't they fix this issue and send us all a new machine? My husband payed [$] for this unit in mid-Jan 2010. This is ridiculous!

Expensive if you drink alot of coffee

The coffee gets very expensive if you love to drink alot of coffee. Coffee is my beverage of choice.

Frustrated

We love the idea of this brewer, however, our platinum brewer is faulty. On the largest cup size it will dispense about 2 tablespoons of coffee sometimes (most times). At this point each cup size brews a random amount of coffee and requires us to brew three to four times just to get one regular cup of coffee. Very frustrating. We have descaled several times and have tried everything else to "reset" the brewer. No luck. We have a ton of k-cups left so we aren't sure what we will do - we are leaning towards switching back to a regular coffee maker. At least they are reliable.

Failed Pump

Today I am receiving a replacement unit because mine intermittently would not pump water. Support told me it was because I did not clean it properly, even though I told them that it had this problem out of the box. I am concerned that after my warranty runs out, I will be stuck with a door stop.

this brewer has nothing but problems purchaed first one and it had electric problem was replaced by keuring and know brews less than half cup customer service will not replace because they say it was replaced but they have all there serial # mixed up with people in other states so they will not replace customer service rep debbie
