Love this machine

I've had this brewer for almost 2 years now. It displayed the de-scale message so I ran the vinegar through it. The machine continued to not work and display the message but this time I could not get it to brew the vinegar. Called customer service who walked me through cleaning the needles in the top of the machine (there are 3 needles that need cleaned) and instantly it started working. Thank you customer service for taking the time and staying on the phone with me as I fixed my machine!!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Gone through 2 already. I'm done

I've had this since December of 2010. The first one was replaced by the company in May, so 5 months. The second one died today. I clean them and take care of them like the manual states. I use filtered water. I don't know what else to do. So, I'm done. Oh well. Just like others have said, I was hoping the problems weren't going to happen to me.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT WATER RESERVOIR

I upgraded to the Platinum B70, the different cup sizes and the Reservoir is so nice your not filling it all the time. I've had a Keurig for over 5 years and there getting bigger and BETTER. TRY THE B70 YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Good coffee maker but with problems

Had this coffee maker for 13 months, then it stopped working. Good for me that I bought it at Bed, Bath and Beyond and they replaced it for me. So we will try again. BBB has an excellent return policy, so purchase one there, that way of there is problems it can be returned or replaced.

I like, but wish was less waste

I like it, but I just hate all the non recyclable cups. After use I open and put the used coffee on my garden but hate all those little cups in the garbage. I like it for when I have guests and they can make what they want. Please try to figure out a way that the whole cup can be recycled. We don't need anything more in our garbage dumps.

Love my Keurig!

It's awesome that you can brew different flavored cups of coffee, back to back, in minutes! This is great when I have a friend over who wants a different flavor than I do. Another great thing is that you don't have to brew a pot. My husband does not drink coffee, and I have to have a cup every morning, so it's really helpful to brew my cup fresh and not waste any! I'll never go back to a conventional coffee pot again!

should last longer

So excited to get a Keurig for a gift in 2008. Only 4 years later I was very surprised that mine couldn't be de-scaled, and then was told it was not repairable. I only used filtered water. Only option was to get a new one. It really should last longer. No would not recommend to a friend after my experience and reading reviews
