They need to make the new Platinum Coffee Maker with out any defects. The Company needs to make it perfect and not have problems with it.

DO NOT BUY KEURIG PRODUCTS

Save yourself a lot of stress and buy from another Company. Keurig has a known issue with their brewers and continues to sell coffee makers that you cannot rely upon. If you want a cup of coffee on a regular basis find another brand. They string you along promising a replacement. I have been waiting 3 weeks and gone up the ranks at Keurig spending more time than should ever be necessary for a coffee maker. This is my second brewer and they both had the same issue that others have described. The brewer fails to draw the water in and shuts off. Then you are left with lots of Kcups that can only be used in Keurig brewers. Save yourself frustration and buy from another Company. I have been dealing with Gayle in Escalations and all she can say is "Sorry, there is nothing I can do". I really like the concept and wish that Keurig would treat their customers better and produce a reliable brewer.

Cons: POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS, Fragile, Not Reliable

The keurig coffee system in theory is excellent, when you get a cup of coffee from this system it is excellent alway fresh... but the downfall is that the pots are cheaply made and break easily I'm on pot number 3 or 4 I've forgotten and now this one is not working right. I have a bunn coffee pot that is a work horse I've had it for years and that was our only pot until we bought the keurig. Of course the coffee is excellent when you first make the pot but then it becomes bitter... So my next new pot will use pods I'll give that one a try.

Terribly unreliable

We use the brewer sparingly because it is so tempermental and we are not sure when the computer will break down. The use of the Green Mountain hot cocoa is consistently a problem because the powder does not dissolve and clogs the system meaning a thorough cleaning after every use. When trying to deal with Keurig.com you get a real run around. Although we have seen the Platinum on QVC and on other websites, it still remains out of stock and they keep pushing the date for restocking further and further out.

Cons: Complicated, Hot cocoa clogs machine, Computer unstable, HARD TO CLEAN

Appalling Quality

Initially I wasn't sure if Keurig's product quality was worse than your customer service. Now I'm certain that the product quality and engineering are far worse than their abysmal and deplorable customer service.About 3 weeks ago I purchased the Platinum model at a department store in Yardley, PA. A week later the machine stopped working. Every time the water started to heat the machine turned off like it blew a fuse. I returned the product to [...] to obtain a replacement. A store employee informed me that they've had several returned due to the exact same malfunction. I also forwarded an e-mail through your website to Customer Service to report the problem I received an acknowledgement that they received my inquiry, and indicated that I would be hearing from someone within 2 business days. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Whoever is running the Customer Service function should be embarrassed by the unresponsiveness, and terminated. There's absolutely no excuse for such poor service. My guess is they're overwhelmed by consumers reporting similar defects in the products.This morning, 3 weeks after first purchasing your product, my replacement of the original Platinum model is doing the same thing. I will be returning it later this AM for yet another replacement model. Who will be compensating me for all the time I've wasted because of your shockingly poor quality? This is ridiculous!I have slim expectations that I'll receive a response from anyone at Keurig to this post since I'm still waiting for a response to my original one.Hard to believe but the replacement of the replacement won't even brew the first cup. Unbelievable!You can be sure that if anyone asks me what I think about Keurig, I'll tell them it's great, if you don't mind returning it for a replacement every 2 weeks.I've never encountered such poor quality before, with such disinterested customer service and management.

Machine breaks after 1 year

My husband bought this for me for Christmas 2008. It made it just past the one year mark and then started malfunctioning. I have followed all the instructions for cleaning and maintainance, but it no longer will reliably pump the water. Trying to get help from someone at customer service is impossible. You are put on hold and after waiting a long time, are told no one is available to help you, and to call back the next day. The next day you go through the some thing. If you want a coffee maker that lasts more than 1 year, don't buy this one!
