Short pours then shuts off!

We were so excited to get this machine and it worked fine for about three weeks. At that time it started short pouring and then shutting off. We would have to run it through three cycles to get one cup of coffee. We returned the item and was going to get another one, but after reading most of the reviews I am thinking we should save our money!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was so excited to get my Keurig! Made my first cup and it SHUT OFF! I thought it was me. This coffee maker will not pump water and shuts off, not every time, just when it wants to. So you NEVER KNOW if you are going to get that cup of coffee! I am on my second one, and it does the same thing. I believe there is a "manufacture" problem with the machine and they should RECALL them! I LOVE THE CONCEPT of my K-cups and this fun product. It just needs to be dependable!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I love my system but feel it's pretty loud when brewing coffee. I encouraged my sister to purchase the platinum system and wish I would have also as it's a lot quieter with a larger water reservoir. Aside from noise, I'm very happy with it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

We purchased ours on 27June2009. It stopped working on 30March2010. That doesn't speak well for durability. Keurig is sending me a replacement though.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Complicated

Fantastic Coffee Machine.

My Wife got me the coffee maker for Christmas and when I set it up it worked great and brewed the BEST cup of coffee I ever had, Then after about 1 month it stopped working the water wasn't getting pumped in., I call Cust Svc and they sent me a brand new one but it took over a week to arrive. When I recieved the new machine it only worked for about 2 weeks, I was so mad I called Cust Svc and the sent me out another machine and 3 boxes of coffee for my trouble and so far this one id working great. I have never had a better cup of home brewed coffee and I am so Happy with this product now that I will never buy another Drip coffee maker again. Thanks for a Great Product and Fantastic Cust Svc,

Got it for my birthday and the pump broke this morning (after 3 weeks)! Love the technology, but I'm very disappointed with the product! Gonna exchange it and give it one more try. If it happens again, then I'll go back to a "regular" coffee maker.

I would not buy this again

I got my first platinum system this past Christmas. It started having a problem - intermittent at first - when you press the "brew" button, the LCD display says it's brewing, but nothing comes out. The only way to "fix" this problem was to turn the machine on and off repeatedly. After 3 or 4 times, it finally would brew, but had grounds in it and too much water came out so you have to switch mugs to catch the water because each time you start the process over, the water intake from the reservoir would repeat. This problem got worse and after speaking with Keuring, they sent me a free replacement - I was thrilled! Long story short, the replacement is having the same problem only worse. I've had it set up for a week and have only been able to make 3 cups of coffee! So now, I am waiting on a Keuring technician to call me - as they don't work weekends. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This company owes an apology to the people who have invested in their product (Model B70) and the ongoing user fees of buying kcups - I loved the convenience but when I spend [$] on an appliance I expect it to last more than 2 weeks. I just returned my third. It shuts off and the pump stops working - three strikes there out-Ill give away the rest of the Kcups and break out the old Krups brewer - 2 years and still working!!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: No quality control, Unreliable, Major Design Flaw
