LOVE IT

It is a beautiful thing when you wake up that you can have a hot cup of coffee that tastes great so quick. (can't function without my coffee). I when from the B60 to B70 platinum and love the features of this unit.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Easy to program and easy to use.

I am a daily user, up to 3 cups. Plus the tea and haven't had any problems with the system yet. It's very easy to use. Just take your time and let the machine do it's work.

I purchase this coffee machine and was disappointed coffee was not strong for me. I like cream/sugar it made it worst like sugar water. What am I doing wrong or this coffee machine isn't for me.

Dies after warranty expires!

I loved my Keurig Platinum brewer. It worked well for the first year and then about a week after the warranty expired, it started slowing down. I have been through 2 cycles of de-scaling which helped for about a week. I have ALWAYS used filtered water and a keurig filter within the water reservoir. There is no reason for this to be happening other than manufacturer defect. The same exact thing happened to my parents Platinum just before their warrenty expired (lucky for them), and they were able to get an exchange. I don't think I'll be buying another one!

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Durability

Non repairable, will fail after 9 mos to a year, good luck

Don't buy this brewer

For the price you pay for this brewer, it is not worth it. I have had my brewer for less than two years and it stopped working. I followed the "Troubleshooting" section and still nothing. As it is past the 1 year warranty all Keurig wants to do is discount you another brewer (as I was reminded by customer service today). I will go back to using my old drip brewer that I paid 1/3 of the price for and it has lasted almost 20 years.....very disappointing.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Coffee lovers dream

I use the Keurig everyday (4 - 6) times a day and enjoy every fresh hot cup of coffee I brew. I found the machine easy to clean (descale) change the water filter regularly and have NO problems.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
