spastic cup fill

no matter which cup size button I select, this maker makes a decision all on its own, (needs no suggestion from me). I prefer a short cup of flavored coffee, I get a travel size mug of the weak stuff. Regular size (next to the travel mug size) will give me a travel mug fill almost always. That is whenever it feels like it. Every cup is an exciting adventure to see how full it gets. The fuller the weaker, like hot water.
We don't wast coffee only what we want. Not to much or little thank you.
Pros: Stylish, It's Very Hot, Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Hot When Done, Fast, Doesn't Need More Heat, It's Hot First Time, Multiple Settings
I have purchased 6 brewers and this one is horrible. The older ones I gave to my daughters are still working while this one barely works at all. So disappointed and paid a lot of money for it.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Pump And Prime Issues
I bought this exactly one year and two months ago. It was fine but the last month started getting a bit glitchy. I faithfully cleaned this thing every 3 months even before the clean light came on. I only ever put filtered water into it. the last month or so, sometimes nothing came out, i would have to turn it on and off, sometimes it would not make a full cup, sometimes it would keep running after the coffee dripped and i would have to shut it off to stop it. then the prime light would come on. I cleaned out the inside like the video said to more than once. I am done with this thing. it is just not worth the price. I had to bring out my old drip maker yesterday. I was going to buy a new machine but decided that it is not worth trying again. I like the coffee, but not the machine. good luck and good bye.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
We have had our first one (Platinum 75) for several yrs and it is still performing perfectly. Plan to buy another one for our summer home. Wish my reward points would buy the mocha Platinum 75. They can only be used for the black one....bummer.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
The K75 replaced my K45. I upgraded to this model and my mom is jealous. This one is quieter than its predecessors, no noise refilling water at all. And refilling the reservoir is a piece of cake with the easy flip lid - you don't have to take the entire cover off. I love the timer feature, it auto shuts off when I don't need it. Can even set your most often used cup size. There is nothing to complain about, not one thing i would improve on or wish was better. I love it. I drink several cups of hot tea, ice tea, coffee, etc per day and I'm never bored with what to make. And I love it for family use. I don't use anything but bottled water for it, I hear that helps it last longer.
Pros: Easy To Refill, Quiet, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
It seems to me that the major issue with this brewer is "Prime." My first brewer did that after only owing it for three months. It was replaced quickly and I was brewing again. However, after about 14 months, the problem has started again. I have descaled this brewer so that should not be an issue. It's really frustrating because we have to unplug the brewer and wait for it to cycle again in order to brew a cup of coffee. In the morning, when I am in a rush to get out the door, this can be a little bothersome. I truly hope the developers of this brewer read all of the comments and find a way to improve the performance on this model.
