Best Method for Brewing Coffee

Extremely EASY to use- my 13 yr old Son LOVES the hot cocoa. We brew coffee, tea, chai, iced tea and hot cocoa. The BEST method for brewing coffee- AND the coffee selection can't be beat, especially when entertaining. Many times I'd have to brew a pot of coffee then boil water for tea or instant decaf coffee[yuck!], now it is no longer an issue- everything is accomplished with my AWESOME Keurig B70 :D Thank you Keurig!!

Read these horrible reviews. Obviously these brewers have some MAJOR defects..... BUYER BEWARE!![@]
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Turns off frequently

I would not buy the B70 again

My wife and I are on our 2nd B70 in the past year. When it works, it is great, but thats about half the time at best. You put a K-Cup in, it draws water, and thats it. No cup of coffee for you !! So, I make sure I keep my instant coffee handy for the mornings that I do not have time to work on this brewer. Typically, if you turn it on and off a few times, or sometimes just let it sit for 5 mintues, it will give you a cup of coffee. Too much work for me. I will not buy another of these models, and may look at other companies that offer brewers that brew the K-Cups.
Pros: Easy to use, Quiet
Cons: Reliability, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product for my wife for Christmas as she had the smaller sigle cup version.[...] I have sent it back for a replacement but after reading some of the comments made by other owners about replacements being just as badly made. I quess I can only hope for the best

The first 3 weeks we loved our brewer, then it started acting up! It would make one cup & then turn off. A few times it would make a 1/2 of cup & turn of!! I called to let Keurig know about this problem[...] When i finally spoke with the tech, he seemed very surprised by what our brewer was doing, which seems to be a very common problem as I'm reading other reviews!! I am happy to say they are replacing our brewer, I can only hope the same thing doesn't happen after 3 weeks again, because while it was working we LOVED it!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings

Unfortunately for us, this model was a bust. We bought 2 units from 2 different [...] and had the same problem with both not being able to draw the water into the resevoir. We ended up returning it and changing to a Special Edition. Pretty sure it was a bad batch since I know 2 other people with the Platinum that never had the problems we did, but couldn't justify buying another Platinum. Love the Keurig though and look forward to more use with my new Special Edition model.

We love the concept of the Keruig and the coffee, although they no lnger carry our favorite in the K-cup. BUT...we are on our fourth machine in less than four years. Our first one lasted a little over 3 yrs before the pump went out. We've replaced the new one three twice now since purchasing it less than three months ago as the pump keeps going out. The one we have now is acting up so I imagine later this week, I'll be making my usual trip to the store to take this one back. Keep your receipt and box. Recommended with reservations

My wife and I bought the B70 in Sept 2009 after co-workers bought one for our office. The first B70 worked great for about a month, then the "Quiet Brew" became a loud brew. [...]. Since then, we have had to exchange it two more times because the pump stopped drawing water unless we shook the machine. What is the problem Keurig?
