Stay away! Buy some OTHER coffee system!

Between Myself and various family members, we must have replaced our Keurig machines almost 10 times total! My most recent one lasted just over 2 whole years before dying. Wow, must be some kind of record! So that comes to a cost of about 90 dollars a year for the coffee maker! Just spoke to someone in customer service who offered a new one at the "discounted" price over a hundred dollars! I can buy one at the store for that! The quality of these machines are awful, the warranty is awful, and the customer service response is awful. If it's longer than a year, Keurig fully expects you to fork over more cash for a new machine every time your old one dies. No thanks. I don't know how this company stays in business.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Short life span, Unrealiable, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the brewer

Best coffee maker I have ever owned. Also makes great iced tea. Easy to use and no coffee gound mess, just pop the k-cup in and hit the start button.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Poor quality

I loved the brewer while it worked but that was short lived. Since this was the 4th brewer we have owned (all of which had problems and needed to be replaced) we have decided to walk away from Keurig. I did love a fresh hot cup of coffee every time but....
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Inconsistent cup sizes, Short Life, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

I am a dedicated coffee drinker, with a strong admiration for great taste and quality. After hearing my fellow veterans brag about how fast and efficient the Keurig brewer was, I decided to purchase one for home use. I was amazed with great joy after having taken my first sip of delicious and well brewed coffee. I was in heaven! Thumbs up and keep up the perfection!

not as durable as my "old" Keurig Elite

I purchased this as an upgrade to my Elite. Only lasted 2 years. Of course, it was out of warranty. Customer service was not very sympathetic....contrary to what my friends said...they had issues before Keurig became really popular, and rec'd NEW brewers even when out of warranty! Guess Keurig got too big, or started losing $ due to poor quality. If I didn't have a case of kcups to use, I would NOT have bought another. My Elite is still chugging away in my cabin up north! But, that is closed for the season. Think twice before buying.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Not Long Lived
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE MY KEURIG!!! I MADE THE BEST CUP OF WHITE CHOCOLATE ICED COFFEE TODAY!!!!! I SAVE SO MUCH MONEY!!! I use it everyday of the year. I love the teas and ciders too! Thank You Keurig!!!

Love my Brewer

I can't start my day without my Keurig. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are all easy to brew up. I especially enjoy iced coffee in the summer and the special iced coffee packs make enjoying it easy.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish

Water temperature only goes as high as 192 degrees.
Pros: Easy to use
