Best Thing Since Sliced Bread!

This machine really makes drinking coffee or tea so much easier. I wish other products were this simple with the same perfect results. Keurig really hit a homerun with this one! Fantastic job!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, No Messy Coffee Grounds, Perfect cup everytime, Durable, Easy to use, No filters to buy, Multiple Settings

i have had a Keurig brewer for over 3 years and just purchased a new one and it keeps turning it self off when it attempts to draw new water!! Very disapointed.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been begging my husband for a Keurig for months, after using it regularly at a friends. My hubby had a long list of reasons why I couldnt have it. After I had him research the product he gave in!! We've had our Keurig B77 (same as B70??) for a few weeks now & HE uses it more than I do! We save money everyday by using our Keurig instead of driving thru our local Coffee chain!! I cant stop telling people about it! Four of our close friends have recently purchased it & I'm working on the 5th!!

Definately worth the price

I love the versitility. I love a fresh hot cup of coffee and my girlfriend is an iced coffee person. This is the perfect match for both in order to get us a fresh cup, every time.

This is my second brewer the first stopped working the first year. Keurig did replace it and now that one is having problems. I like this brewer a lot but is very noisy and unreliable. I have had other makers that have lasted for many years with no problems I would expect a coffee maker at this price range would last much longer. If you don't mind buying this a few times it is a simple machine.

Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We truly do love the quietness of this brewer! And the color I purchased was perfect for my kitchen decor! This is a GREAT brewer especially for kids who want to make their own hot cocoa, men who do not like to clean the coffee pot! and people like us who may only drink 1 or 2 cups at a time! Thanks, Kuerig!

The Best Buy Ever Made

I have been a connoisseur of coffee for 25 years. However, I don't like old coffee; weak coffee or just plain bad coffee. My pickiness required that I purchase coffee at $2 dollars a day and with my kids, I couldn't come out of the store for under $11 per day. My friend purchased the Platinum and said I HAD to come over for coffee. I obliged her but was sure it wouldn't accomodate my elite taste. It was the best cup of coffee I ever had. My family purchased me the Platinum for Christmas and it is used throughout the day for all of us; whether tea, hot chocolate or super bold for me. I love it and it has saved me over $120 in just three weeks' time. Including the cost of the K-cups, it will pay for itself by the end of the month and has stopped the the daily leaking of money in my household. Also, it's healthier for the kids as they eat better at home than in a coffee shop.

Nice product but it broke down

I brought my Keurig in April 2009 and it stopped working January 2010. I did all of the required maintenance and kept it really clean.[...] This is very frustrating.
