Love it but dissappointed

I love being able to brew a single cup of fresh coffee, iced tea, or hot chocolate when I want it. However, like some other reviews I have read, my machine now will not work properly and will only brew a partial cup or just a few drips. I have had to run it two or three times just to get a full cup of coffee. I have cleaned and de-scaled as suggested but it still will not work properly. Sometimes if I unplug, wait about a minute to plug back in and restart the machine, I might get a full cup of coffee but that gets old doing that every time I want a cup of coffee, and it is very frustrating. I love the concept and I would love the machine if it would work properly after one year.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Keurig in a very short period. The brewer is as disposable as the K-cups. It is already malfunctioning in less than 2 years. Last one lasted about the same amount of time. For the price you pay, it should last longer. Most of these reviews are from happy new owners -- so take it from one who has now had 2 of these cheaply made machines and DON"T DO IT!

Love this machine

Love this machine! I can set the clock to turn the machine on so it's ready for me to brew when i get up. :) My only complaint is that sometimes when i brew it only fills my cup half way. If i push brew again, it continues to the right size, weird right?
Pros: Timer
Cons: Noisy

I've had the "Beast" in use every day for the past 7 years. Only minor maintenance (descaling) was required and Customer Service was there and very helpful on the "how to's" Keurig is a great company for sure.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Reliable, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

On my second one, first one stop working after one year, got the cheaper one now not happy with it, won't buy again

my dad turned me on to the coffee maker, the only thing me and my wife regret is not getting one sooner. we have quit wasting coffee and coffee is tasting great for both of us

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Great when it works

Brews when it feels like it in any size it feels like. Don't bother calling customer service, they don't feel that their products have any problems but will offer to sell you another at a discount price
