I purchased two of these machines, one for me and one for my dad. They both have quit working, within a week of each other. My dad's no longer has any power and mine won't brew at all. I clean my brewer once a month due to the fact that it has always had issues brewing (Keurig recommends once every 3 - 6 months). When I called about it not brewing I was told I wasn't cleaning it often enough, which is why I now clean it once a month. I spent over a hundred dollars on these machine, closer to $150 and they are no longer working. I feel as though you could call this machine disposable and that's a lot of money for a disposable product. Very disappointed. Keurig offered my mom a replacement machine at 1/2 off, but I am thinking no. That's still a lot of money for a disposable machine.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

I love my Keurig Brewer - I got this one about 2 years ago. Descaled it as recommended and then it became finicky at about a year and a half. Right now, I have to unplug everyday in order for it to heat up the water and be ready to brew. With so much that could go wrong... what can one expect. However, being the only one in the househould that drinks coffee, single brew is much better than a whole pot that never got drank. If you are going to buy one, make sure you get it on sale and have a good coupon for it, as much as I like it, I wouldn't pay full price for it.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey

Broke in less than 1 year

Only used it to make 1 cup of coffee per day and it didn't even last one year. Sometimes the water would come out and sometimes it didn't. Bought another one and it didn't even last 6 months. Sometimes the coffee would be hot and other times it would brew at room temp.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Love my Keurid

I Have had my Keurig for 3 years it has made thousands of cups of coffee love it It is starting to act up a bit I need to start shopping for a new one i got my moneys worth and then some love love love it

Poor quality

I purchased 3 weeks ago and its already broken. The other 2 I owned broke after a year. The water just sputters out a cold, thin "coffee" that tastes like nothing. C'mon Keurig you can do better than 3 weeks. Hopefully customer service can replace. If so, il edit and give it a 4 or 5. For now its a 1.

Best Machine Ever

I first purchsed this brewer for my office. In one day I have anywhere from 10 to 15 people using this Keurig. The majority of us drink more than one cup of coffee per day so I am going to estimate that the machine gets put to use about 15-20 times per day 5 days a week. We have had this unit for over 5 years and it still works great. I am now shopping for a new unit only because our water tank was dropped and now has a crack at the top of it and also the unit has gotten very noisy so I am guessing that one day soon it is going to give out on us. But after having it for so long and giving it so much use I am not going to complain at all. I loved this machine so much that I purchased my own for home which gets used at least once per day. I highly recommend this particular brewer to anyone looking to purchase a Keurig whether it be for home or work.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love my Keurig

I use my Keurig everyday, and it's so easy to operate that my 7 year old uses it. I like that it has multiple cup sizes that I can adjust for when the kids make hot chocolate so they don't waste.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast

Keurig Died

I have had this product almost 3 years and after de-scaling and cleaning the needles, it has died. I contacted Keurig and they told me these are not fixable. Now my option is to purchase a new one. I don't have the money to do this, so I am no longer able to use this system. Poor customer service!!!
