Won't brew!!

I am on my second Platinum brewer and have run into the same problems on both.Machine says its brewing and nothing comes out unless you unplug or turn off or constantly clean the needle holes. What a waste of time. Works intermittenly.Have called customer service on both machines and have been walked through the "process" of resetting etc. Will work........sometimes. I have read similer reviews on other sites with the same issue. I love this machine when it is working and cannot see going back to the old coffee pot. Keurig needs to seriously look into this common problem.I LIKE this machine......when it works!My first Platinum had a loud pump noise which Keurig fixed with newer model but the brewing cycle and nothing coming out still haunts the machines. Keurig! great machine but get the bugs out of the inner workings.Customer service however gets all 5 stars as they are a great group and understand the issues of their customers and can resolve them professionaly. Keep up the good work guys!

A Money Saver!

I love love love this machine! Being a "coffee snob" I've always purchased premium coffee beans. However I never seemed to drink the entire portion I would brew. Therefore I was wasting money. This machine solves the problem. I was worried about giving up my Cuisinart Grind & Brew maker. Turns out my worries were for nothing. I love having a cup of high quality cup of coffee in seconds - and being able to brew different blends/flavors each time I want a cup. I am buying this item for holiday gifts - but only for those I love!

I'm not a coffee drinker myself but I have frequent houseguests who are. My Keurig machine lets me offer them quality coffee as needed, without the fuss of storing beans, grinder, etc. As a bonus, my Keurig machine has now replaced my teakettle, since I discovered that the Twinings English Breakfast tea I love is also available in a Kcup. I am very glad to have this brewer in my home, it suits my needs perfectly.

A great cup of fresh coffee or tea anytime I wish. No more wasted or reheated coffee...yuck! This is simply the best appliance in my kitchen.

Lord knows I have had most every coffee maker on the market for the past 20+ years. This is the first that eliminates the perverbial 1/2 carafe wasted concept. In addition, for those on the go it is quick and easy.

I've used my Platinum for nearly a year now and sadly the machine kinda died on me. I was heart broken because my morning cup of coffee is an important part of my day. When I called the customer support team I was so happy because they immediately sent me a brand new machine!
