We love this product but the pump goes bad after one year. However, the company has backed their product both times with a full replacement. Hopefully they will perform an analysis on why the pumps are failing.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

Great Brewer

Great unit. Two friends of mine brewed me a cup (1 B40 and 1 B60). Both were great, so I decided to purchase the B70. Very minor quirks of the brewer are not of concern. A little noisey when first heating the element at turn on. K-Cups are a little expensive, so I am trying the EZ Cup holder and paper filters with freshly ground beans. Different brands of cofee require different amounts depending on desired strength. Nothing about this unit would deter me from purchasing another one or recommending the product.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy

Won't last much longer than the warranty

The product faithfully only works for a year and a half or less - pump failure with both units I have had. Customer Service was rude and unhelpful - they basically told me that since I did not buy special water for the unit that I had not taken good care of it and there was nothing that they could do to repair or replace it. The brewer is evidentally very fragile if it needs special water - I have no other appliances that I have to buy bottle or distilled water for. I will not be a Keurig customer again.

Cons: Needs Special Water, Pricey / Poor Value, Customer Service Is Poor, Might Get A Year Of Use, Customer Service Is Rude

This has been my 4th one in the last 2 years...If you get them to last a year consider yourself lucky. These are disposable coffee makers and for the price they should be made alot more durable. My last 2 have lasted less than 6 months before they did not work any longer. Keurig just keeps replacing them so thats the only good thing I can think of about these. Very cheaply & poorly made. Not durable at all.

Not at all durable

My husband & I purchased this a little over a year ago, as a joint anniversary gift, & it now barely functions without a glitch. The cup sizes no longer brew correctly: the chosen cup may not brew fully, but the next cup may brew too much. Also, the water uptake has started to not function properly.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Not durable, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value

Very happy the Platinum model

We have a Keurig Office PRO model at work. So decided the Platinum model would be great for the cottage. Our guests can enjoy coffee, tea or iced drinks whenever they want.

Only Coffee Maker I'll Ever Have!

If you want jealous friends, than buy this coffee maker. Never will I buy another coffee maker. So simple to use, and so FAST!
