This is my fourth Keurig brewer owned!!! Next will be commmercial,lol !!! Only downfall was I received a defective brewer from the company, but these things happen. Love the different sizes and ease of brewing and quietness of the Platinum brewer, a step up from the previous. Coffee choices are great also. Never going back to a regular coffee pot again!!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I like the different cup size selections. I use 6 oz for hot chocolate and large size for coffee and travel mug. I like the ability to pick different coffee flavors for each cup.I have recommended it to relatives and friends, who have bought one and enjoy it also.

the design is simple yet stylish. features are great. easy to use and the coffee selection is awesome! I have one at work and I couldn't think of a better coffee maker to have in my own home.

This system is great! I was tired of throwing away pots of coffee, and having to re-warm the coffee if infact you wanted a cup an hour later. This is just perfect for me and my husband. He can have a cup of coffee while I enjoy a cup of tea, and there is no waste, whatsoever! I have already purchased 3 for gifts and I will be getting another one within the week.

Love the fact that I can make my own flavored coffees in instant and without paying $4.00-$5.00 at a coffee shop. Will pay for itself pretty quickly. Love being able to offer friends variety especially when some like it real strong and others weak to mild. Some like caffiene and others want decaf, etc. I bought a competitor product and quickly returned it after one day. This was much easier to prime and certainly much easier to make a cup of coffee.

I had read reviews where people were complaining about noise and vibration. I cannot complain in these areas at all. My only complaint is that I do not like restaraunt coffee now. I do not want to be without my Keurig!! I need to buy the Mini Brewer now for the RV. Do not pass up the chance to get a Keurig Brewer for yourself at home or the office as there are so many choices of great Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate.

Coffee made to order everytime!

Some coworkers and I were purchasing our own flavored coffees to use in the coffee makers at work. Our company switched to the one-cup Keurig and we discovered they had flavored coffees as well. Other coworkers smelled our coffee and the group has grown. Two of us now have our own machines at home. Thanks to the coffee club points I have the platinum model. Now I can have my flavored coffee at home when I want it and can switch flavors with every cup if I want to. I haven't had it long enough to comment on it's durability.

Last Christmas I purchased the Special Edition Home Brewing System and I absolutely loved it! Well, I saw the Platinum edition advertised with the quiet brewing system and had to have it! I am so happy I purchased the system!
