only complaint I ever had until yesterday was after I poured water in reservoir while still attached, I had to prime. but yesterday, 7 weeks after my warranty ended the screen says not ready. its almost like the whole motor and heating element just went caput out of nowhere.3 minutes before I had just made a cup. im going thru withdrawls from it not working! no coffee tastes good anymore since I bought my keurig. p.s. I gave it abreak everynight, by auto shut-off, shut-on feature.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Makes Coffee Taste Great
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Constsntly Priming, Pricey / Poor Value

Work At Home Couple - No Wasted Coffee!

I work at home and so does my wife. We each love the Keurig - we call it the best Christmas present ever! She can have coffee her way, then I can have a different kind a minute later. No cleaning out a pot and then brewing more - no urns to put the extra coffee into - it is all just one cup at a time. It's a beautiful thing! We've tried at least a huindred types and have narrowed the field to a few we love. We use the dispensers that hold an entire box. We have about 8 of them. We rotate a couple other than the ones we get consistently. The brewing noise startled my cat at first, but after a few days, he's cool with it. 5 Stars.
Pros: My Choice-my Way, Fast, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Individual cups, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

I have had a Bosch Tassimo, HB Brewstation, Cuisinart, and others and have not been satisfied. I am happy to say I finally spent the money to get my Keurig. It's so easy to use and it is perfect for me because I hate having to wash a coffee pot and clean up after making a cup of coffee before I leave in the mornings! It makes a super hot and flavorful cup every time and I just love everything about it! You will not be disappointed♡♡♡♡♡

great way to start my day

So far soo good!I decided to get a kuerig because of the price of getting coffee in the morning was getting a bit pricy. This model allows you to set a timer to turn it on and warm the machine up. So it is ready to go when I wake up. The coffee brew I have tried out so far are up to par. The only issue I've had is working with the iced coffee brews they come out too watery. I'm sure there is a way to remediate this. I've been using it every day since I got it. Hopefully this holds up!

Very unhappy with the K75 Platinum Brewing System. Only had it 3 weeks and it stopped working!! Display always shows "prime", will not pump enough water for larger cup size and when you finally get coffee it's unheated water. I have replaced the filter and only use filtered water in my brewer. It's a $179 piece of junk. Took 2 calls to customer service to get a replacement approved. Then to be told 7-10 business days to get my replacement. Poor quality and poor customer service

Quiet Brew Technology are you kidding???

The brewer works great brews good and looks really cool, love the blue lights. The only problem is the NOISE boy is it loud. Quiet Brew Technology are you kidding. Other than the noise the thing is great.

I would like to have the water even hotter. It doesn't get quite as hot as my large brewer. I am searching for the best K cup to give me a stronger 10 and 12 oz. cup. Even the "Bold" seem to be a bit weak. They seem to work best at 8 oz. setting. The unit is beautiful and have received many compliments it's appearance and the coffee.
