I love the new K75 Platinum. I purchased my KSM90 December 2010 and and worked great. We upgraded today to the K75 to have more cup size choices. It Is quieter, faster and I love the cup size choices going to Travel mug size.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast

I bought the top of the line unit a few years ago and it worked intermittently after the first few months. I recently purchased another and it STOPPED WORKING AFTER A FEW WEEKS. I have returned that unit. My friend purchased 2 of these the other day for home and office and he is returning both of them after hearing about mine. This is a great idea but it's ABSURD how many of these units do not work properly. These are TOO EXPENSIVE to be be made with such poor quality.

Great looking unit...but Prime issues!

I have owned three versions of the Keurig brewers over the years and I am a huge fan of them. I even purchased one for our office and is a huge hit there as well. A few months ago I decided to spoil myself for my birthday and broke down to purchase the high end Keurig K70 platinum model. I have owned this unit for about 2 months and have gone through (3) K70 brewers already. The issue being the Prime function. My first K70 unit lasted about a month before the Prime function became an issue then the next two warranty replacements both lasted about a week or so before the Prime issue surfaced again! When the Prime issue surfaces, I will shut of the unit and unplug it to reset it...then plug it back in & it will work. It will work for one cup until the blue light starts blinking and the LCD screen states Prime, so you start the process all over again for each cup. However - I discovered if you run just water through it then the Prime issue doesn't occur...only when you put a K-cup in it does the Prime issue surfaces. I love the look of the unit and again I am a huge fan of Keurig...however they need to get this issue resolved as it is extremely frustrating especially when you pay top dollar for these units. Keurig customer service representatives have been very friendly and helpful. They have treated me very well through these issues, but it is still very discouraging and eventually comical!
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

We bought our system at Costco. We had been wanting one for a long time and saw that they had it on sale there. $124.00 plus you got 60 K-cups and the reusable K-cup. We just couldn't pass it up. We have loved it from the second we bought it. It's easy and fun to use. All of my kids from 16-9 love making everything from iced coffee to hot chocolate. The only thing that makes me a little annoyed is the price of some K-cups like hot chocolate or iced tea. They cost the same as the coffee K-cups even though hot chocolate and iced tea are a cheaper product. It would be nice if the price was lowered, even to around four to five dollars. Other than that we are completely hooked.
Pros: Makes Yummy Coffee, Tons Of K-cup Choices, Fast, Easy to use, My Teens Love It, Stylish
Cons: Some K-cups Are Costly

The K75 replaced my K45. I upgraded to this model and my mom is jealous. This one is quieter than its predecessors, no noise refilling water at all. And refilling the reservoir is a piece of cake with the easy flip lid - you don't have to take the entire cover off. I love the timer feature, it auto shuts off when I don't need it. Can even set your most often used cup size. There is nothing to complain about, not one thing i would improve on or wish was better. I love it. I drink several cups of hot tea, ice tea, coffee, etc per day and I'm never bored with what to make. And I love it for family use. I don't use anything but bottled water for it, I hear that helps it last longer.
Pros: Easy To Refill, Quiet, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

This is my 6th Kuerig. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. Thought I would do better buying the top of the line model. Had this one for about 6 months - came down this morning and it was dead. Couldn't get it to turn on, checked outlets, refilled water, etc. Nothing worked. Horrible pieces of machinery.
