Best Coffee Machine Ever!

I love this Keurig machine! It only takes a few minutes to heat up and also has a timer to turn on automatically everyday at 6 A.M.! Easy clean up an perfect for my one to two cups of coffee a day habit!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable

This is my first coffee brewer and I am so glad I got it! It is easy to use and the coffee tastes great. Love that it has so many cup sizes to choose from.

The bug needs fixing!

I was excited at first with having purchased the Platinum B70. But after approximately 3 weeks of use, the "PRIME" light commenced to flash and would not go off. I had to completely unplug the cord and wait if few minutes to replug it in order to get the "Prime" light to turn off. Mind you, I always used filtered water, and the "PRIME" light would continue to flash on, regardless of the great maintenance that I would apply. DO NOT BUT THE PLATINUM B70 series. They have a serious mechanical defect or bug!

Love this Keurig!

This is my second Keurig brewer. The first was the Elite which is nice for the now and then coffee drinker. But when I found the Platinum on sale at a retailer and was able to use a store coupon in addition to the sale price, I jumped at the chance to have more features.I find it has been a great product for the price I paid! I really like the auto on and off with specific times and the brew temp with default cup size of my choosing. I have had this one for over 3 years and find it to be durable. The cup chamber can be a little difficult to clean but that would not deter me from recommending it to others. I also use it to brew tea by simply plopping the tea bag into the cup chamber rather than using a pre-packaged tea cup. It brews and steeps the tea excellently, for my consumption at least! My Platinum is not noisy as compared to my Elite model, and I feel its very quiet when in use. I have added the Keurig filter in the reservoir which, in my opinion, I believe also helps to diminish deposit build up. I would highly recommend this product to other consumers who are contemplating such a brewer.

Can't live without

This is my second Keurig brewer. I am extremely pleased with the new upgraded model. This is the one small kitchen appliance that I can never be without!!! It is the perfect choice for people who have frequent visitors as it allows for a different size and flavor for all guests! Best money I have ever spent!!

My 1st brewer died after a little over a year, and Keurig sent me a replacement even though my warranty had just expired not too long before that. The replacement arrived 3 days later during the holiday season, and I couldn't be happier. My 1st brewer had only 4 cup sizes and no water temp. control along with the stock water reservoir that came with it a couple years ago(60 oz.). The replacement brewer had the new 72 oz. water reservoir, 5 cup sizes and water temp control(the newest model of the platinum brewer)(platinum plus also includes a rinse, and a hot water button, and a sampler pack of k-cups), not included with my brewer but I have a ton of k-cups at home anyway :) (any Keurig owner does in case we have people coming over). If you're a 1st time buyer, don't let the naysayers out there stop you from treating yourself to any brewer from Keurig!! They stand by their products, and will even report any issues you might be having with any k-cups you purchased, to their respective manufacturers(too weak, too strong, grounds in the coffee, etc.). Their customer support team is very helpful and should be commended for their excellent service. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but they get it right the first time, and will do anything in their power to make sure their customers are happy, I know I am :)

One of the things I like the most is the 4 cup sizes. I like the 12 oz cup size while my wife prefers the 10 oz size. We also choose different temperatures and there is room for larger cup sizes like a travel mug or just an everyday mug. We had the small single cup unit before and if you used Keurig's grey plastic measuring unit, you would eventually have water leaking all over the counter.

Saves me time. I don't waste coffee. I am only coffee drinker in my family and I was making a pot of coffee and having to throw move than half away. Now I make a large cup anytime I want. This is saving me money and time.
