This is our second coffee maker and this one is not working. Not worth the money you have to pay. They only last long enough to get past the warrant date.
Cons: Complicated, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Keurig was used every day. I loved the machine and the coffee, but like so many other reviews I read, mine just quit about a month after the warranty expired.I did the regular maintenance it still just stopped brewing. Very frustrating. I will not buy another one because they are just too expensive to replace every year.
Pros: Easy to use, Great coffee selection, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but wish it lasted longer

I love my Keurig. I bought it a year ago. I thought it would save me a lot of money at Starbucks. It did but it would have been better if it didn't break down after a year. At first I thought it was me until I read the reviews and seen that many people are having the exact same problems. I have over $50 worth of K Kups , so I have no choice but to buy another one. I bought a cheaper one this time. I figure if it was going to break anyway I might as well not spend as much.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Noisy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the concept and the idea of having a freash cup whenever you want it. Mine broke after a year and half and Keurig basically said tough luck and tough love. They did sell me one at a discounted price. I bought it and it will be the last one I ever buy.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Breaks, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tricks I've learned with my brewer.

I too have the similar problems with the brewer not dispensing enough or even too much. If this happens unplug and clean the nozzles like the tech guys say, fill the tank with water (i use filtered water from my fridge always have), now plug it in remove the drip tray and put a measuring up under the brewer to catch just water. Run the brewer without a k-cup. you will get all sorts of amounts of water. Do this a few times. keeping the tank full all the time. KEYS TO PREVENTING THIS: -when the tank low level light comes on after a brew, fill it before turning the machine off it seems the machine wont refil the internal heated resivoir on properly on startup if there isnt enough water in the tank. -ALWAYS remove the K-cup after brewing, leaving it clogs the nozzles -keep the k-cup area clean, grounds tend to build up there. I've had this problem a few times, I am skilled maintenance technician and troubleshot the problem. Its a matter of water level before shutdown, removing the k-cup when done and keeping the k-cup area clean. This has worked for me for 8 months with no repeat incidents. My brewer is 2 years old and i love it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Didn't last

Like so many others, my Keurig worked great...for a year. Within a month of the warranty expiring, so did my brewer. I kept it descaled, and did the paperclip thing to unplug the holes, but it wouldn't pump the water. These brewers are far too expensive to only last one year. Think twice before you buy a Keurig.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

We love this product but the pump goes bad after one year. However, the company has backed their product both times with a full replacement. Hopefully they will perform an analysis on why the pumps are failing.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pump Goes Bad After One

Does not last long - Poorly made.

This has been my 4th one in the last 2 years...If you get them to last a year consider yourself lucky. These are disposable coffee makers and for the price they should be made alot more durable. My last 2 have lasted less than 6 months before they did not work any longer. Keurig just keeps replacing them so thats the only good thing I can think of about these. Very cheaply & poorly made. Not durable at all.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Poorly made
