Great customer service!!

I love my Keurig coffemaker, and will never go back to a regular coffee pot again. The reason I gave this 4 stars though is that after a little over a year my brewer conked out on me. However...I called Keurig this morning and went over all the troubleshooting issues with the customer service rep, and..even though I was out of warranty, they are sending me a new brewer! I was very impressed with that, because I thought since my warranty had expired I'd be out of luck, but the rep couldn't have been nicer, and my new brewer will be on its way! I love the coffee selections available, and love the ease of use and having a fresh cup every time! I can't say enough about how the company stands by its products! Thank you Keurig!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Standing behind your product

I received our Platinum Series brewer a year ago this Christmas. It has been a pleasure utilizing it on a daily basis due to it's quick and easy brewing. However, this morning I turned it on, inserted my K-Cup, pressed the brew button and nothing came out. None of the cleaning recommendations corrected the problem so I called Keurig customer service and explained what was happening. The representative is sending me a new brewer in 7 days. I am elated that they stood behind their product with no hassle. I will continue to do business with Keurig and continue to buy my K-Cups online. They are truely a great company with a great product.
Pros: Durable, Great Customer Service, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: None That Come To Mind

wouldn't buy it for myself

this was a gift, I wouldn't purchase it for myself since I'm not much of a coffee drinker. I do like the fact that I can make my own iced coffee.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Seen comments that it was hard to clean - I had the same thoughts until I used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser pads. It was a simple and fast. Really was that easy to have a clean water container. I am not advertising for anyone or anything. Just sharing what works.

Great till it breaks

This was a wedding gift to us in July of 2011. Worked great for several months but we started having problems, like if we let the water tank get to low it would stop filling and give us the blinking blue light. Fill the tank back up and the unit could not prime itself correctly and would not work properly without some effort. Solution to that was to fill it up before it reached that point. Now it seems that it has succumed to the leaking water line on the transformer problem I've heard so much about. Unit will not turn on no matter what I do. Just another example of something that has too many components that can easily fail.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot water feature is great. I use it shortly before bedtime to make a cup of one of my favorite teas. Now a cup of coffee in the morning is so quick and easy.

Best Invention since sliced bread!

We have a profession model at work and i loved it. I got mine as an early Christmas gift and i love it! The only thing i can say con wise is that the directions were a little vague on the set up. Other than that it was great in all areas!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: Directions Were Difficult

Poor Performance

We have purchased a total of 6 Keurig coffee makers for friends, family and ourselves. This is the first model that only lasted 3 weeks. We purchased it in November, 2012.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Broke After Just 3 Weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
