Okay product, great warranty

Had the B70 for 1 year and 2 months. All of a sudden, it stopped working. I called customer service and even though we were out of the warranty (1yr) by a little over a month, they quickly offered to replace the unit. We have loved the brewer. We go through 3-6 pods a day in our house. Takes a while to find the coffees you like, but once you do, just stick with them. Love the fact that the water tank can store enough for about 4-5 cups. Lots of the other models only store water for one brew at a time. What could have ended on a sour note (brewer breaking down) ended with me being very happy. They have GREAT customer service and were happy to replace the unit once I told them the problem. Thank you Keurig! - Eric

Love my Keurig

I use my Keurig every single day, and have been doing that now for almost 3 years. I love love love the Keurig. I read through reviews where people are having problems with theirs lasting, but I haven't had any problems that would keep me from recommending (and I do often) this brewer to a friend. I have had it brew a smaller amount once or twice and that is it. My favorite thing is the My K-Cup accessory. Makes the coffee expense nominal.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I had my b70 brewer for some time before it started to leak from the back of the resivoir I called customer service and after about 10 minutes of conversation Keurig oftered to replace my system.You can't ask for anything better than that.Customer FOR LIFE.THANKS KEURIG.mls.gibbsboro nj

Amazing Customer Service-Doesnt Disappoi

I got the Platinum Brewer as a Christmas gift back in 2009. It has worked wonderfully,and after finding the right k-cup blends to suit my taste I have been absolutely thrlled with it. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so the one cup convenience of fresh brew every cup was very appealing to me.I've read many of the other consumer review,both negative and positve,and can speak only from my own personal experience.I had nil to no issue with the brewer since day one. I cleaned it regularily (every few months) and used it daily.Much to my devestation it did just stop working on me (after 2 years)one day just out of the blue.I descaled it to no avail.I called Keurig customer service and followed the very polite ans symphathetic direction they suggested and descaled it again.Unfortunately it was of no use.It seemed perhaps the pump had stopped working. Much to my surprise and satisfaction Keurig replaced the machine immediately with a brand new machine at no charge to me.This was even though my warranty had long since expired.I could not be happier with the customer service they offered and the fact that they stood behind thier product.I will without a doubt recommend this product and this company to all my friends. Great Company.Great product.

Great customer service

We received this product as a gift in December 2010 and didn't think we would get much use of it. In a short time we were hooked and it became a part of our daily routine. It recently started acting up on us and finally it stopped working altgether. I contacted customer service and was totally surprised at the level of concern their represenative showed for my situation. I was even more surprised when he apologized for my inconvienence and advised me he was sending out a repalcement unit. In this day and age it is refreshing to see a company actually stand behind its product. You have made a fan of me and my entire family. Thank You

Good when it works

I just got off of the phone with Keurig customer service to get my second replacement unit in 2 years....the good news, Keurig does not hassle you at all if it is within a year (the first one broke after 11 months, the second after 10 months) and the warranty starts over for each replacement. That said, I would not think this product would have such a short life based on the price - when it works, it works great, no complaints.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Great Customer Service, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Cant' you fix the bugs but coffees good

This is my third replacement brewer. Seems to stop working after 10-11 months. I have only used purified drinking water and use drip grind coffee when not using K-Cups. Needle clogs and brewing slows down to over a minute, when it brews at all. I will continue to use though since you cant' beat a fresh cup of Joe. Hopefully the problems can be fixed..

Cons: Clogging needle

Not worth the money

This was great as long as it worked. The pump went bad after only 1 1/2 yrs and water started to trickle back into the water holder. When I called Keurig, they did not do anything for me because I did not have the original receipt. This was a gift, a very expensive one at that. I don't think I would buy another with customer service like that.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
