Don't Waste your Money!

This brewing system was purchased and given as a Christmas present December 2010. As a military member I utilize this machine once a day everyday prior to going to work. The only exception is when I deploy. For the almost two years of owning this it has been used maybe 11 months. After numerous issues with air in the line and cleaning out the brewing system it finally quit powering on prior to Christmas 2012. After calling customer service I now have an expensive paperweight. And if I didn't purchase an outside warranty (that they don't offer) there is no way to have this fixed. Convenience isn't worth that much. I won't purchase anymore products from this company and I highly recommend everyone consider carefully in forking over hundreds of dollars for bad quality products.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Love it when it work's , Hate it when it doesn't. 4th one in 5 year's,, Warranty with Keurig is great always helpful and always takes care of the problem..
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Great Brewer

I have had my Keurig for almost a year and never had any issues. It brews a perfect cup every time. It's easy to use, quiet and quick. I love it and recommend it to others.

Use it Every Day maybe 3 times a day for Coffee Coco Tea! Great when i first get up in Mourning Quick & Easy! Great when you just want one cup are 2 in Mourning,Old Coffee makers took to long & I did'nt want a whole pot of Coffee! Cons, Not sure how to program in Automatic brewer for morning!
Pros: Fast
Cons: Complicated

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Dose not work

The machine will not work anymore. WILL not prime. I have a few friends with the same problem. For the money we have spent to use these machines, they are not worth it. Going back to my old cheap brew.

Love this Machine

My Husband bought this for me as an early christmas present about a month ago. I drink coffee constantly. It works great and we have had no issues with it yet, like some of the other reviews. A couple of times it has been slow brewing. I just take out the k-cup holder inside, rinse it with warm water, snap it back in and presto good to go. This gets used a lot at my home. My ten year old drinks hot chocolate everyday and my 14 year old loves tea. I also brew about 2 cups of coffee a day through the week and between me and my hubby about 5-10 on weekends. The ONLY downside, is that it is a pricey machine and I am a little on the cheap side. LOL I love the fact that you can select a variety of cup sizes. Love it so much I just ordered a mini for my Mom so she can have her one or two cups of decaf in the evening.

Very sad. This system has multiple tech issues. I'm getting tired of hearing my husband pound on it to get it to work. When you attempt to brew a cup, it just...does....nothing. Have contacted the company to see if they will help out. Haven't heard back, yet, but I just sent in my contact, so I will wait. Got this as a gift and have been sorely disappointed with it's performance. Once it does brew, the coffee tastes fine. But, that is if you can get a cup out of it!
