Great when it works

I've had several issues with my brewer. It seems to need to be descaled frequently and the most recent issue is that it won't get past the message to Prime the unit. It's terribly slow to get to the Ready stage when it does work. But Customer Service has been excellent so far. I am expecting a new replacement unit in the mail this week to replace my current unit. Crossing fingers that I won't have issues but I've got another year warranty in case there are problems.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Frequent Issues, Complicated De-scaling, HARD TO CLEAN

Love my Keurig

We love this unit. Had difficulty with the reservoir a few months after purchase, however, Keurig sent a brand new machine as a warranty replacement. Great customer service! The only thing that would make use of this machine easier is to have it automatically fed with water (as with my office unit). Other than that the reservoir holds ample water for several cups before refill is required.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

Six years and still going strong

We have had ours for six years. With five people who use the machine for coffee, tea, and cocoa it gets a lot of use. Our only complaint is that it has gotten a little loud when ever it takes water from the tank. With regular cleaning it works like the day we bought it.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy

This was a Christmas gift.I didn't think I would like the K-Cup thing but I love it.My old capachino machine was a mess to use but made coffee the way I like it,strong.I was affraid this k-cup would make week tasteless coffee but I was wrong.The extra bold coffees are tasty and strong,love it,AND NO MESS !!I also get to choose from many flavors for variety.
Pros: Multiple Settings, No Mess, Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

My boyfriend and I use ours multiple times a day. It is amazing! So fast and so many flavors to choose from! I don't really have bad things to say about it. The only downfall is when you buy flavors (especially when you want to try new ones) you pretty much have to buy 12-18 K cups per pack. I wish there was a smaller size like 5.

Love my Keurig!

We have had our Keurig for over 1 year. I absolutely love it. When I read other reviews and they say the machine stop working I wonder if it is because the consumer is not cleaning it properly. Yes mine has slowed to the point I thought it was done for but If I clean it 1X per month I have no problems. There is a special cleaner you can purchase that does a great job. It is sold even at grocery stores. Yes I love my Keurig. I love it so much I am buying one for my office staff!!!

Best gift I've ever received!

I received my Kuerig as a Christmas gift one year ago. The convenience of having one is remarkable. I brew a travel mug every morning while getting my coat on for work. It's fast and simple to use and every cup of coffee is perfect. I love my Kuerig!

I love my keurig! It's simple to use and very fast. I don't like coffee unless its flavored but it does make a great base for iced coffee and cocoas and teas! I love this thing!!
