Wish the cup sizes were accurate.

Is slow during the brew cycle. After 6 months started having problems with the amount of water disbursed, and the machine working slowly. Descaled, called customer service, very helpful, worked better for a time, but now that warranty is up, it is really slow and only 2 of the 5 cup sizes work. The other 3 only give a portion of the water. I would recommend the Keurig, but maybe not this particular one. When this no longer works at all, I will try a different model.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Very disapointed

I loved this machine but the warranty ended Dec. 18th 2011 and today Dec. 21st 2011 it failed. It is far too pricey to last only 1 year. I am truly disappointed, I cannot afford to replace this type of appliance every year. I will go back to perked coffee. The only upside, I will save quite a bit of money on coffee. My husband and I went thru 6+ 24 count boxes of coffee each month.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Liked being able to set the temp as we like hot coffee like that guest can select their preferences in coffee pods and size of cups. I question the quality of the product keurig upgraded the coffee maker as the first 3 quit working after 1 to 2 weeks. But I am disappointed in the performance of the product

My friend had one, I was hooked on the first cup. Put it on my Christmas list and got one! makes for a happy mama!!! I especially love how FAST it is to use. No more need for a kettle. I would recommend to all! Love all the varieties and the fact my 4 kids can even get some use out of it.

Dies after one year...

The ultimate disposable coffe-maker. After one year of use, ours broke down - as did our parents' and two of our friends' Keurig machines. We had three of the different models between the four machines. Not one lasted more than a year. We loved it while it worked - so wonderful and convenient. But I will never buy another Keurig product because of its short-term nature. The pumps are poorly functioning and, IMO, the Keurigs are way to overpriced for the value. So disappointed!!!!!

Cons: Pump breaks, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Better and better

This machine is much quiter then any of its previous models. I love how quite and light weight the water reservoir is. Its also very easy to use and adjust to from the prevous models.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Fast

Love this brewer so far, the LED lights are awesome. I love how it has 5 cup sizes. I was originally an Keurig Elite owner but I wanted the variety in cup sizes and the bigger water tank. Only downside is that people complain about the Platinum having a lot of issues. It is also very expensive.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Very pricey, Pricey / Poor Value
