great coffee, durability & repair stinks

Unit is great for what I want it to do but I've been through three units in the past three years. I wish it was more durable and I didn't have to de-scale as often. I also wish the units were repairable.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Love keurig

My first Keurig was the special edition. Which after a year I sent to my daughter in AZ. They still use it, that pot was bought in 2009. I upgraded to platinum at that time. We love it. Until this fall when it began to Not make a cup. Cleaned it...although as it turns out with not enough vinegar. Because I am a club member. I had enough point so bought the same platinum I thought. They have made great improvements. Even though pot number 2, failed I believe it was because we remodel kitchen and never put it back on a surge protector. Even though pot 2 failed my old one sent to my daughter which arrived in a wet soaked box...still works. Since pot 3 was purchased with rewards it was half the cost. I love my morning Keurig and have encourage others to buy.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fun When Company Comes, Fast
Cons: No Way To Empty Water

Poor quality

This product is the best concept. I am on my 4th unit. They don't last very long. The trick to it I have found is your water. I had to have a water filter installed on the cold water line under my sink. That seems to have solved the problem. I recommend if you want one to make sure to use filtered or spring water ONLY!!!!! Tap water will ruin it.
Pros: Great idea
Cons: They Don~'~~t Last

Best Customer Service

This is our third Keurig brewer. We also own a smaller different brand K-cup brewer that we keep in our RV. The Keurig is by far the best. We must point out how great customer service is to deal with. We have NEVER received the kind of service Keurig gives from any other source. They have always been there to try to help. When our first unit went out after about a year of heavy use, we contacted Keurig not really expecting much based on reviews we had read. We could not have been more wrong. Customer service first tried to help us find a solution to the problem. Not being able to, they offered to send a new unit, free of charge even though we were at the end or even slightly out of the warranty period. Now, two years later, we had another problem. Again, we called customer service. They again offered suggestions on what to do to try to fix the unit. No luck. Since we were well past the warranty period, we knew Keurig would not be able to just replace the unit. To our suprise, the did offer to send us a new unit, at a reduced price. That was night before last. Today, a new brewer arrived. You can't ask for better service than that. We continue to reccommend Keurig whenever we see someone looking at one in a store. In our opinion, they are the best.

Can't live without it! Keurig makes a great product - But sometimes you get a bad one... Never shy away from this coffee maker!

Love this brewer!!

We've had this brewer for about a year now and haven't had any issues with. It is used multiple times a day every day. My only issue is that the basket is a little bit tricky to clean. It is a little on the pricey side but I've other brewers w/ less features for more. It also depends on where you purchased it at. Some of the stores where the brewer are sold, have jacked up the price way more than what it cost on the Keurig site. Other than that it's great! I am looking forward to purchasing some of the k-cups that they don't sell in the stores.

Short lived

Barely over a year old and it's having problems. Intermitant pump problems. Clean and re-clean and still have the smae problem.Water won't pump.You can hear pump running but no water. Size selector has already stopped working.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Short Life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not to love!

Good morning! That's what this coffer maker is for me. I so look forward to my morning coffee. I love that I can have as many or as few cups as I wish without deciding before hand as one does with a regular coffee maker. Also love that I can choose which brew I want today. Love Love Love that I don't have to wash the pot after! This model has just the right amount of features. I have several sizes of cups and mugs so that is handy feature. Also I can fill my travel mug by removing the drain tray. It took a while to find my favorite brew but once I did I don't think I can every go back. Spoiled! That's me. Thanks Keurig!
