On my third Platinum Brewing Sytem

My level of frustration is HIGH, we are on our third defective machine in less than three years. Yes Keurig is good to replace the product after you spend 15 to 30 minutes doing this and that with the customer support person. The sad thing is that we gave away our other working 15 year old machine (from Mr._____). I wish you guys get your act together.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig brewers are awesome, hands down. When you need a cup of Joe fast after/during an all nighter- trust in Keurig! Not only does the product deliver cup after cup of perfectly piping hot wake-up juice, it is a quaint reminder of things we (deployed troops) sometimes do without. Thanks Keurig for making a brewer that holds up to the use and abuse found at home and abroad!

Great machine

Great brewer. Easy to use, and had held up great for nearly a year and counting. Has just enough settings to keep me happy, and has brewed everything I have tried with flying colors!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Sending the second one back

Maybe three is a charm. First send back because it stopped working. Second one the water holder did not fit properly. After replacing it, we wouldnt dare remove it and fill it now with a pitcher. The second one has now stopped working and I have descaled repeatedly and done the paper clip cleaning of the needle. I usually go to [@] and get a cup of coffee before I begin my morning kabuki dance with the Kuerig. It is always an adventure to see what size coffee you will get. I bought one for my 84 year old mother hoping for simplicity but it has proven to be complicated too with her having to clean with a paper clip. Bad design. However, the customer service is exceptional and very helpful in returns.

Great Customer service; brewer just OK

We've been using Keurig since 2008 and this is our 5th brewer and the 3rd one that has broken. There seems to be a problem with the internal mechanisms lasting. This latest one was only 9 months old before it died! They just stop pulling water into the internal chamber, which results in smaller than usual cup sizes. On all 3 brewers the same thing happened. They are "disposable" coffee machines, which is a shame because we love the brewer. Wish they would fix the problem. On an extremly positive note, the customer service is awesome! So far we have had all our brewers replaced by Keurig! For this reason I would recommend them.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Doesn't last, Pricey / Poor Value

Im a [*] thats why. on our third one in two years. Love the simplicity of it but the product svcks. Please fix your faulty components because my wife wont let me not buy this [*]!

Expensive brewer with a short lifespan

Received my Platinum Keurig brewer just short of 2 years ago as a birthday present. Loved using it every morning. I have brewed 2 to 4 cups a day since day one. A couple of months ago it started acting up. Worked well then all of sudden the pump didnt work properly and only got partial cups, then would have to reset machine to get another cup. Now about once a week it will just randomly not work at all. It will take the water in and say it is brewing but nothing comes out. I have tried descaling and using a paper clip to clean the exit needle. If I turn it off and let it sit for a couple of hours it will start working again. Since it is past my one year warranty, all Keurig will offer me is a coupon off a new brewer. I think for [$], this coffee maker should last a lot longer than it has. Can't decide if I want to purchase a new one. It's really expensive for a disposable brewer.

After one year of daily use started to have some brewing issues, went through all of the trouble shooting procedures and couldnt resolve the issues. Called Kuerig and do you know they replaced it no questions asked. Make sure you register your brewer. Great experience!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
