GREAT (while it works)

Eventually, this machine (and all other Keurig models, based on my brief Google searching) will break. Ours lasted about 2 years, but we don't use it every day. It just stopped brewing altogether. I tried every troubleshooting suggestion in the manual and a few others I could find online. I descaled. I used filters. I poked the needle holes with paper clips. Still broken. Do you know what happens when your Keurig stops brewing? It's garbage. Seriously, that's what the customer service person told me. If all troubleshooting methods fail, your machine is garbage. They don't even bother to refurb them. They will, however, offer you a discounted replacement. Gee, isn't that nice? I supposed it's nicer than no discount, but it is a sad thing, to me, when a company will only warrant a product for 1 year and then make you buy a replacement. I can't imagine the technology doesn't exist to make these things last longer. I spend enough on k-cups, but now I have to plan to buy a new brewer on a bi-annual basis. I took the bait anyway because we rely on this thing for coffee. I just hope this one breaks BEFORE the warranty expires!

Cons: Does Not Last, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Not bad...

This is an okay product. Besides ordering a lot of pods, I have a couple of different alternatives. I use the "My K-cup" accessory, and the one that actualy has the tiny paper filters, which is slightly superior, IMO. Biggest drawback? Water filters are WAAAAAY overpriced. The brewer should have a 205 degree option. 195 really isn't hot enough. I would recommend a Keurig to a friend, but not the B70 model unless thay just want the 12 oz. cup option. The color of mine is cinnamon. Was VERY difficult to find.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Convienent
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Does Not Get Hot Enough

Perfect for my house

I drink regular coffee and my wife likes decaf. Used to mean 2 different pots of coffee in the morning. It's quick and easy. It's on when I wake up, I get a cup or 2, and it shuts off a couple hours later. perfect. It broke after 9 months and Keurig sent out a new one, no charge. Great customer service.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

My sister and I are avid coffee drinkers! Both of us are spoiled rotten trying all the different flavors of coffee and drinks. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great cup of coffee!

Not a durable unit, only had it two years and it is not functioning properly...going to the dump!

The Keurig is wonderful! I am the only coffee drinker in our family and so for me its perfect. I wake in the morning and make my cup of coffee and run ot doo to work.. its perfect.

Jury still out

I'm having problems with my second machine. With both they got much louder and it was like the motor went. Today it was stuck on brew but wasn't actually brewing. The first time Keurig replaced it, this time they want me to pay for a new one at a discounted rate. Why buy another expensive machine if it's going to stop working like the last one. Nothing is built to last anymore. While it was working we did like being able to have a fresh cup of coffee when we needed/wanted it without having to make a full pot. I also like using the my k-cup because pods are expensive when you blow through a box every couple of days. Jury is still out on whether or not Keurig lives up to the hype.
Pros: Easy to use, Fresh Coffee On Demand, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Reusable K-cup
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Had To Replace, Bulky, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
