Great Brewing System

My husband likes this for coffee in the morning and evening. I use this throughout the day making tea or cocoa since I work from home. Great coffee maker but it should last more then 2 years.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Lasted Less Then 2 Years

Not hot enough!

Water does not get hot enough. I tried 2 different models and I can drink the coffee down immediately. I only use a little cream, no sugar. My Cuisinart is MUCH hotter and tastes better. OK for a quick jolt but not good if I want to savor my coffee.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this System!

We have had this system for at least 8 years.. I have absolutely loved it.. My mother-in-law came and stayed with us she did not think that she would like one until she started using it. We bought her one for Christmas and she will not go without it now?. Ours is finally going out on us, so after eight years of 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day every day I think that we have gotten our moneys worth out of it.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

IF YOU BUY,BUY CHEAP ONE. EXPECT TO REPLACE EVERY FEW YEARS! COST PER CUP IS VERY EXPENSIVE!

Be aware system is very unlikely to out live the old fashion drip perculator - too many little bells and whistle things to go wrong. Have learned system does not like hard water a tall - learn to use distilled water in reservior tank to possibly help and aid against "De Scale" procedure.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Expect to replace brewer frequently

It is extremely convenient but brewer life is terrible. Our first one was good and lasted a reasonable time as I remember about 3 years. Since we have purchased 7 of then from the top of the line to the bottom of the line. The worst life of brewer was 3 months the best and it was the Platinum line lasted about 11 months. We are hooked on the convenience and K-cups available but I repeat brewer life is terrible.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Prime time every time

When it was good, it was very very good,,,when it was bad it was horrid. After about 2-3 weeks I started getting the "prime" message, so I tried to make it better by following all of the videos on the web site. When I emailed the above problem and attempted remedies, I was instructed to do everything I just said I did. I must say, after I finally called, I was told a replacement would be sent and the representative was very accommodating and courteous. I do like everything else about the product, so I will wait and see and report on the results when I have had the replacement for a while.

Hi I bought this brewer a little bit after the model came out. We loved it. We fell on some hard times and did not use it for a little while, buying the cups was a luxury. I just starting using it again daily in July 2013 everything was going fine until now May 2014. The Kuerig heats up but the water does not come out. I replaced the filer that I had purchased seperately and still it will not dispence water. For the 2 1/2 years or so I owned it I probably use it for half that time and the thing does not work. When it did work it was great but these machines are not cheap if they were I would expect it not to last. For the amount of money you pay for these machines they should last longer than a Mr Coffee machine does. Very dissapointed that I paid good money for the machine and it no longer works. :(
