Best coffee maker ever!

I use this product everyday and love it. One of the best cups of coffee ever! My sons enjoyed a cup of coffe now and then, but now they immediatly head for the machine and brew themselves a cup. One of them is buying one to take on the road with him for his hotel room use. I have always enjoyed my coffee, but this maker is the best.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

I recieved this machine as a christmas gift two years ago. I dont use it everyday and within a year it started having problems. It would stop halfway through brewing a cup then sometimes it wouldn't pump water at all.I cleaned it per the manual and it still made no difference. I called customer service and explained what was going on and they sent me an upgraded model to the platnum model. If they would make replacement parts they probably save alot of money instead of just giving out new brewers.I'm not complaining just saying these machines are expensive.I'll let you know how my second brewer works when I recieve it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Yes, a number of people have had problems with their machine --myself included. But I could not ask for a more helpful service department. Created an account for me, and put me in touch with a technician who walked me through some trouble shooting procedures. None worked so they are replacing the brewer without question. I feel certain they will get the problems worked out. In the meantime it helps to have such a great customer service department!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Had some brewer problems

Great machine but not durable

Using filtered water, I brew 1-2 cups each day. The machine is easy to use, attractive and brews a nice cup of coffee, however, I'm on my 3rd machine. Like many other reviewers, my machines have all 'short-cupped' and stopped working after 6-8 months. So far, the company has stood by its products and is sending me my 2nd replacement machine. It is frustrating, however, that a nearly $200 coffee machine doesn't last for several years. It's also frustrating when you waste k-cups trying to brew a full, decent cup of coffee. I have de-scaled my machine regularly (before getting a message to do so) and have performed all the troubleshooting such as using the paper clip to clean the exit needle and the ports on top. There is just something wrong with the engineering of this machine. It's not right that it stops working so quickly. If the company can ever fix this glitch, I would be a very happy customer. I would be hesitant to recommend this to people now that I've had two brewers malfunction so badly.

Cons: Not Reliable, Not durable, Lasts less than a year, Fragile

LOVED This Coffee Maker

This coffee maker was the bomb! Everybody in our family purchased one and we gave each other K-cups for Christmas... Then, just after warranty period...it died. Spent too much money to go out buy another one. Given it lasted a little more than a year, I can only recommend this coffee maker to my rich friends. I miss my Keurig, but have gone back to my work-horse maker.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Short Shelf Life, Fragile

I have a Keurig Platium coffee maker it is now overheating and blowing my house circuits- Customer Service states this is a common problem and want to charge me $140 for replacement!! Do you research and buyer beware!

Dead at 21 Months Old

Loved it when it worked. I'm not saying anything new here so I won't spend a lot of time on it. Started having consistency issues after 12 months with short cups and had to play around with it getting it started to brew. At 18 months it would frequently stick on the largest brew size and not allow a smaller selection. As of today, it doesn't pump or brew at all. Keurig, when are you going to fix the design of these brewers???????????????? People obviously love them but we all expect them to last trouble free more than 12-24 months. That isn't a rhetorical question BTW--you bother to post your canned "commercial vs. home use" comment when people state in their reviews that they have a commercial brewer in their home, surely you can give updates to this community on what you are doing to improve your product. Its obvious we want to remain Keurig customers if you would just hold up your end of the deal. Also, it doesn't take a rocket scientist reading model reviews to figure out your OfficePro model doesn't have the reliability issues your home brewers have. Are you bothering to look at why they have better reliability?

Im in love with my keruig. to have a fresh brewed cup of coffee ready to go in the morning within min. i love to come home from work with a nice cup of tea that i can brew while i change into my pajamas. Its made things so much easier.
