I love my Keurig

I have read a few cons about this coffee maker but I have yet to find one. The first thing I did was buy a machine to clean the water I use because I have had trouble before with other coffee makers. I have found everything about this machine great. Its fast, its easy and there is no mess to clean. The good thing is there is no waste of coffee. My husband would make coffee and never finish the amount he would make. I have found this coffee maker worth every cent I gave for it.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Easy to use

The machine makes the best coffee I've ever had and I've had a lot of coffee for a lot of years. I don't have to make a new pot to change flavors or roasts. I can change the size of cup from expresso to travel mug in a second. It turns itself off and on and changes the temperature of the coffee or tea or hot chocolate. The only thing it doesn't do is drink it for me. With maintenance, it will last a long time and then I'll buy another. It doesn't get any better than this.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Feel special! Get one!!!

We have had our Keurig for 2 years and we all love it.(Four adults in our household.) We use it for every hot or cold-brewed drink there is, every day of the year. It's just too bad we have to press things twice to get a 16oz cup when we want less strength. Also, we have had to troubleshoot a few times in the 2 years we have had it. Since we use it so often we bought a special cabinet in which to keep all our beverage needs so that everything like K-cups, sweeteners, creamers, stir sticks, cups, etc. are all at our fingertips. We love this machine. We have the Platinum. It has stopped working today and I will have to call them, but no matter what the outcome, and even though it is pricey, we will be getting another!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: We Wish It Had A 16oz Siz, Limited Cup Sizes

Somewhat disappointed

I got my platinum brewer as a christmas gift. The k-cups cost more than regular coffe but I like that nothing goes to waste. Problem with mine has been since the second day it takes spells of not working. I called customer service and they are sending a new one but they didn't have one the same color so I had to settle for silver. After reading the reviews I doubt I'll give it another chance if the replacement doesn't work.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

Great product

While a little expensive this brewer is fast, offers lots of choices and configures easily. With auto-on and off features it's also an energy saver. The only real con of the device is that the power switch is on the back and not with all the other controls on the front...which forces placement in an area where I can get my hand behind the device on the right side to switch it on or off manually during times outside of automatic on/off settings.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Loved my Platinum System

This lasted 3 years. I was sad when it would no longer brew. So bought another system but had to go down a system because of cost. Its not as quiet, cup size differs too. I just hope this one will last as long.

Fast Effecient Service

Weekend user. Only had the machine for 6 months and problem occurred. Customer service was outstanding. Took some routine contact details and directed me to online video to try and correct the problem. Disappointed that the fix didn't work but called back and a new replacement machine is on its way - no charge. Really great to see a company stand behind its product!
