I like how easy it is to get a really good coffee. It is easy to set up and use.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings

I love using this coffee maker. The coffee is never bitter and have not found anything I don't like about this coffee maker. I love when weekends come so I can drink different flavors.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Easy to use

Not As Great As Expected

This system worked fine for two years, but then pump unit failed. Kuerig has NO FIX for a failed pump unit other than rebuy the system. Disappointed with its longevity (or lack of it). Would expect this product to last at least 5 years like my Cuisinart auto grind and brew coffee maker! Next unit will be a Nespresso!

Doesn't last

Purchased the B70 a year and a half ago. It was working fine, but now it will not turn on. Customer Support apologized, and offered to sell me another one at a discounted price. Needless to say, I didn't take them up on their offer. This machine is too expensive to replace every year and a half, or less. Reading other reviews, it seems obvious that this product is not well engineered.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes Great Coffee, But...

We bought our B70 at a warehouse store back in October, and were delighted with it until the notorious "Prime" defect popped up - after less than 6 months. We use only filtered water, descaled it after 3 months as recommended, and brew maybe 5-6 cups of coffee per day. When the water stopped pumping into the reservoir, we tried following the "Troubleshooting" instructions in the manual, to no avail. After two calls to customer service, we received a brand-new one in just 3 days, at no charge. We are now very leery about Keurig brewers and may not bother to replace this one if it fails. After all the complaints Keurig has had about this brewer, maybe it's time for them to make a better quality product. If you pay over $100 for a coffee brewer, shouldn't you expect it to last more than 6 months before you have to replace it? This must be costing Keurig a lot of money as well, sending out replacements. We love our Keurig, and the customer service is great - now if only our brewer will last a few years?
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Breaks Down In 6 Months, Fragile

3 years lucky

I was upset with my brewer giving out but after reading other reviews I feel lucky. Having used my Platinum brewer daily since Dec. 2009 I have had a bit over 3 years of reliable use. I descaled only once in all that time and never had a problem. I was using Reverse Osmosis water, I don't know if that makes a difference. Now it is time to replace and I am worried that I will not be so lucky a second time. Customer service did offer me a new brewer at a discount with free shipping. Still not sure if it is worth it to but another. I guess I thought it would last longer.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I just purchased my B70 last week and right now I could not be more pleased with it. I was using a regular rewer that had the option to brew a single travel size portion so the Keurig made sense as an upgrade. I love the variety in the K-cup selection I was torn for weeks about the platinum Brewer versus the Vue. My wife and I finally settled on the Platinum because the Vue packs are so limited and the only place near us that carries them is Kohls. I am a bit nervous about the durability and quality of the platinum I have read so many bad reviews and horror stories about the durability. I guess time will tell. Right now this is a great brewer and I could not be more pleased. I will certainly be giving an update later as time passes.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

We love it, but it is good for one year

This is our second Platinum Brewer. Both died the same way, however, our first lasted almost 2 years and our second lasted 8 months. We registerd our second brewer and we are receiving our new brewer in the mail within the next week or so. We absolutely love our Keurig, love the regular and flavored coffee (some we wish tasted as good as they smelled), but it can become an expensive habit if it dies after the warrenty. So in the end we would recommend the Keurig as it is so convenient for a hassle free-fast morning and offers a great selection when hosting, but you take the risk with the low life expectancy.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value
