Great brewer, excellent customer service

I love fresh coffee, and I love my Keurig brewer. I use it everyday mostly for coffee, and it works great. It doesn't require any cleaning, and it looks stylish in my kitchen. After 7 months of use my brewer has broken too, i sent an email to Keurig and 3 days later my new brewer is on its way. They didn't ask any question, and they didn't give me hard time. Things break down! Important thing is, Keurig is behind their products and they do everything in their power for customer satisfaction.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, No cleaning required, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fresh cup everytime

So Disappointed

I'm on to my 3rd one. The 2nd didn't even last two weeks. Same as everyone else. Heater core doesn't stop running, turns off by itself, doesn't pull water out of tank, says it's not ready. It looks like Keurig stopped caring about quality. If this one doesn't last I'm switching brands. For the $$$ of this machine its not worth it, I'm getting real tired of this!

Cons: Fragile

Not working... yet again

We have replaced the brewer twice since December 2009 for the same reason. Now the latest replacement that I have had for less than a week is also malfunctioning. It turns itself off after a few minutes and won't brew a cup of coffee. What a dissapointment. I thought the product I was purchasing was among the best of its type. I expected a much higher level of quality and reliability when paying such a premium. I guess I am going to have to return the product for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Idea, Great Product, Bad pump

I love this coffee maker when it works. Great coffee and I use Starbucks with the reusable filter. Little messy for clean up but it's worth the cup of coffee. Problem with the water being drawn into heating unit and it will say "Not Ready" then just shut off. Only had this for a week and it's not working to well. My fix is I wait for it to start the draw of water and then hit the back-top area just behind the water container a time or two till it starts to draw the water. Not a real hard hit but not a soft one either on a down stroke. Works ever time so far. This must be one of the bad ones but sent Keurig and email of my problem and they are shipping out a new product with two free boxes of coffee to replace my defective one. Great customer service so will give them another try. I'd recommend this to a friend with the understanding of the problem with the water pump problems. Hope they get a good fix on this soon.

I have had to replace it twice in three months. Would not recomend to anybody.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

So I used my Keurig Platinum once and then when I went two days later to use it again, the "brew" light came on but I could never get it to brew again. I took it back and got a refund. I am very disturbed that it worked only once and then shut down.

LCD Screen went blank

I purchased Christmas (08) for vacation home, but did not unbox until Christmas (09) when I brought it back to where I live. (Economy reasons) I have used it everyday now for about 4 months, and had it set for auto on/off. Today 4/4/10, the LCD screen is completely blank, so have no way to set it anymore, although it still brews the coffee at the setting I had it on. From what I'm gathering online, there are others having problems and I feel that the company should stand behind their products, if they are having issues. We'll see if they do, when I contact them, since it's only 4 months past warranty. I paid [$] for the unit.
