Second machine, both lasted 2 years

Great when it works. The engineers should design a better switch. This is our second broken switch in two years. The K cups are expensive enough without buying a new machine every two years.
Cons: Poor Switch Design, Pricey / Poor Value, Switch Broke For 2nd Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding System

This product is very easy to use. The cleaning process was very easy to follow and customer service will guide you through it if you need help. As for the noise, it's a brewing machine not a drip coffee maker so there will be some noise not a lot. We use our machine everyday and we absolutely love it. From the hot brews to cold ones also, this must have and price was a great value.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast

LASTED 2 YEARS HOME USE 5 CUPS A DAY

still not long lasting. 2 years of use. 5 cups per day. cleaned per recommended sched WHITE VINEGAR.only bottled spring water fr brewing. only bought another to use club points and pay less. this is the 3rd or fourth brewer in 5 years all others failed before the one year warranty. this one lasted about 1 year past its warranty period.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had problems after about 50 cups. Took two or three cycles to get a full cup. Then the machine stopped working altogether.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

I absolutely love this machine. I enjoy two cups of coffee every morning. I always felt that with regular coffee makers, the second cup was never as good. With Keurig, every cup is delicious because its fresh brewed!!! I have never had any problems at all with my machine which I bought over a year ago.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Every Cup Freshly Brewed
Cons: K-cups Pricey

I find it very hard to clean even doing what your company says to do. I like it as I have bought an other but two years of use and you have to replace it seems a little much. Seems you can do something about short life time

It is WONDERFUL for teas & adding hot water to instant oatmeal in the morning! We are not coffee drinkers, but relatives are & this is perfect. We get our iced teas on hot days-hot cider & chocolate on cold days & oatmeal year round. Friends & relatives can have their coffee. Perfect! Thank You!
