Best System Ever

Bought one for our daughter's Mother's Day gift from her children. She and all of her family raved about it - I bought them 10 boxes of different coffee, cocoa, tea and BOI - so my husband surprised me with one. We Love It!! No coffee pot to clean, each of us has our own favorite, and we can brew anytime we want a cup of coffee or tea. I am glad I did not take the advice of those rating this very low or cheap.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

After reading some of the other reviews I should consider myself lucky my Keurig lasted 5 years. Still I'm a bit annoyed that a relatively expensive product should not last longer than that.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Prime error

I found , after many years of drinking coffee, that this has been by far the greatest tasting coffee yet. However, this is my 4th replacement machine in as many months. The machine keeps giving me a "prime" error. This is on brand new machines. Frustrating? very. I guess I have to sacrafice poor workmanship for a good cup of coffee.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Love the taste of the coffee

I had an electric percolator and got tired of waiting for the coffee and cleaning it. I have just purchased this Keurig B75 and love it. I use spring water since I only have well water. I purchased the separate coffee filter and use it to put tea in it. I had a lot of bagged tea that took too long to brew, I open the bags and put it in the special filter and it is so fast and tasty. My coffee tastes so good! I hope this product lasts a long time as it was expensive for me but saving on coffee will be cheaper.

Very Disappointed

I only use our brewer a few times a week. My husband uses it 1-2 times a day. This is our 2nd brewer. The first one lasted about 14 months ($12.79/month). This one lasted 3 1/2 years($4.26/month). Since we do love the convenience, we are hoping the 3rd times a charm. But 3 strikes you're out. I will not purchase a 4th, no matter how many k-cups I have. I would recommend just for the convenience.

Last less than a year

We got one of these about a year ago, but after 8 or 9 months it would not descale very well, each time it did not last one tank of water before it had to be descaled again. Not worth the 179.00 we paid.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Many years of use with no problems

Have had it so many years my wife and can't remember when we bought it. It has had problems at times, but if we cleaned it per the instructions-no problem.

Not worth the price

Like many of the other Keurig owners, I am on my 4th or 5th Keurig K75 Platinum Brewing System. Apparently, I like pain and frustration. I descale the machine 4 times annually and it continues to let me down year after year. Common maintenance or top of the line equipment will not help this product from inconsistent temperatures and erratic cups sizes. While convenient and quick, the cups are overpriced and create excessive rubbish. Considering other brands......too bad Keurig.
