Pump broke, after 1yr.

After a bit over a year of moderate use, this machine gave out on me. The pump stopped working, so no water flows into the cup. I guess it's time to buy another unit, perhaps from a more reliable vendor. I now see why Keurig only offers a 1yr warranty. So, buy with the knowledge that this will probably be an annual expense.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I have learned to use two serving sizes to fill my travel mug.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

Platinum Brewing Says It All

I owned a Tassimo for the last three years. It was time for a change. I got fed up with the lack of variety. I will miss the Real Milk Latte's and Cappuccino's which can not be beat on the Tassimo. The lack of Coffee especially Tea selection made me want to switch to Keurig. I have owned the K75 for less than a week now, and me and my family are enjoying this far more than the Tassimo. We use the machine several times a day. It is very easy to operate and it is oh so quiet. Perfect for early mornings. Do not have to worry about waking anyone up. Perfect for any time of day really due to its quietness. The 72oz. water reservoir is really nice for a family of four. We can empty it out pretty quickly. Love the blue glow on the water reservoir. Looks especially cool at night. I hope we have a better experience than some other reviewers regarding the durability/reliability issues. I hope we get more than one year, more than three would be great before a replacement is needed. So far so good. We really do enjoy the K75.

Amazed at how long it has lasted.

Bought this for use at my place of work. Twelve to fifteen people use it many times daily. I had purchased a different one for home use years before and it broke down in less than 7 months. This platinum model has been in use at work for almost two years with only some minor hiccups along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for one with a reservoir.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

My Family Loves This Coffee Maker!!!

My family and I use this brewer on a daily basis. It's great when everyone prefers a different hot beverage. You can go from coffee to tea to hot chocolate. It even makes cold beverages over ice. The only downfall is my last unit only lasted 2 years. I feel the quality should be better for the price.

Cons: Should Last More Than 2 Y

Enjoying coffee more than ever. I hesitated getting this unit because I thought the water container was too large. I am glad I did not buy a smaller unit. I drink only a couple cups of coffee a day but use this for tea and an occasional hot cocoa. This size is perfect for my wife and I.
Pros: Brews Coffee Perfectly

Worked great for approx 28 months, then died. Pretty expensive cup of coffee considering the price of the coffee maker and each individual K-cup. It's back to drip coffee maker for me; they last a very long time.

I only drink the rare cup of coffee, perhaps 1 a day or every other day; but do enjoy hot & iced teas as well. My husband however, drinks a pot (or more!) per day! He is currently deployed to Afghanistan & it made no sense for me to make an entire pot, when I'd pour most of it out. We were given the Platinum Keurig as a gift about a year & a half ago, used it faithfully & 3 days ago, it died completely. No power, nothing. I was heartbroken! I knew my warranty had expired but called Keurig anyway & spoke to a wonderful representative (I believe his name was David). After trying a few troubleshooting ideas, it was determined there's no fixing it. To my utter surprise, they are sending me a replacement brewer that should be here in a few days! Yes, lots of people have had issues with their Keurigs but really, in my opinion, the customer service makes up for it. Thank you, Keurig!!!
