Love this System!

We have had this system for at least 8 years.. I have absolutely loved it.. My mother-in-law came and stayed with us she did not think that she would like one until she started using it. We bought her one for Christmas and she will not go without it now?. Ours is finally going out on us, so after eight years of 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day every day I think that we have gotten our moneys worth out of it.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

Not hot enough!

Water does not get hot enough. I tried 2 different models and I can drink the coffee down immediately. I only use a little cream, no sugar. My Cuisinart is MUCH hotter and tastes better. OK for a quick jolt but not good if I want to savor my coffee.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the taste of the coffee

I had an electric percolator and got tired of waiting for the coffee and cleaning it. I have just purchased this Keurig B75 and love it. I use spring water since I only have well water. I purchased the separate coffee filter and use it to put tea in it. I had a lot of bagged tea that took too long to brew, I open the bags and put it in the special filter and it is so fast and tasty. My coffee tastes so good! I hope this product lasts a long time as it was expensive for me but saving on coffee will be cheaper.

Best System Ever

Bought one for our daughter's Mother's Day gift from her children. She and all of her family raved about it - I bought them 10 boxes of different coffee, cocoa, tea and BOI - so my husband surprised me with one. We Love It!! No coffee pot to clean, each of us has our own favorite, and we can brew anytime we want a cup of coffee or tea. I am glad I did not take the advice of those rating this very low or cheap.

Nothing less than the BEST

EXCELLENT ! Can't go back to the coffee pot now... it doesn't taste good ! I'm spoiled for life ! I wish it was a little tiny bit taller so that I could put my "to go" cup directly under the brewer but I will go get another "to go" cup that fits - ITS THAT GOOD !!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Wish it was a little tall

I received this from my mother as an early Christmas gift for my wife and I. We love this machine and the variety of coffee that is available. We both work weird hours and I am also in grad school so being able to make a quick cup o joe that is consistently good is a real enjoyment. And it is really nice when we have friends over because everyone has several choices instead of having to settle for whats in the pot.

It makes making coffee tea and hot coca a snap no mess to clean up to waste of water, coffee or coca and its like having a perfect cup everytime from [...] only better. I did a lot a reasearch on this product and company and am glad I did. Very Very pleased. Hot coca is best in a smaller cup size otherwise its to watery.
