Great Coffee

Great Customer Service by Keurig when I needed a warranty issue solved. Biggest problem is when the nozzle clogs, second would be that you must reset setting every single time there is any electric outage or power blip at all.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Must Reset Settings, Water Clogs, Fragile

Best brewer ever!

We love our Keurig brewer! With all family members having different tastes in beverages, the keurig makes it easy for everyone to have whatever they enjoy! We use our brewer multiple times during the day. We bought our daughter a brewer for her dorm room & she told me that she uses it more than her microwave! I will never buy a conventional brewer again!
Pros: Fast, Great For All Tastes, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable

Machine died 2nd time, warranty over

I used the Keurig 2-3 times/week. It worked great at first, and then started getting slower and slower (I cleaned it according to directions) but then finally just stopped working. It was under warrancy so I had it replaced, about 18 months ago, and yesterday that machine just stopped working too - it won't turn on. I tried it in other outlets, but ended up digging out my old reliable Mr. Coffee which worked in the same outlet that the Keurig was originally plugged into. My mom's died as well about 6 months ago. Switching back to Mr. Coffee.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Slow, Unreliable, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE MY KEURIG

I have had my Keurig 2 years now, and love, love, love it! I purchase my coffee fresh roasted and grind daily. The Keurig is easy to use, (even I could program it!) I like that I can make 1 cup or 4 in the same (or less) amount of time it takes to brew 1 pot of coffee, and it doesn't sit around waiting for someone to drink it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Use My Own Coffee, Easy to use
Cons: Expensive Keurig Coffees

My husband and I never bothered buying a coffee maker because, until recently, we worked right next door to a coffee shop. When we changed jobs, my husband started to drink (eeewww) instant coffee. My niece had bought a different unit and loved it, so I decided it was time. I am so glad I did. I don`t drink coffee, but I do drink tea and hot chocolate, and I love it. We work different shifts, so the auto on off feature is wonderful. And since I use a large travel mug, the different cup sizes is perfect.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use

Water pump begins to fail at 18 months. Hard to open unit but YouTube video shows how to fix.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Poor Design Ultimatefail

I've used Keurig for about 4 years. 1st maker broke in 6 months and was replaced under warranty. 2nd lasted about 13 months. 3rd has lasted about 10 months. Time to find a new way to make coffee.

Cons: Fragile, My 3rd Last Failed Toda, Pricey / Poor Value, Does Not Last

Not Reliable for us

Sadly, we have had 3 brewers and none of the 3 lasted more than 2 years even though we only average about 1 cup per day. Our 3rd one broke today after only 16 monthly (Platnium brewer). It stops pumping water into the brewer. Even when it was new, it never worked quite right after the first month. We always set the middle cup size, yet about one cup out of every 8 would be wasted because it would completely fill the cup to the brim (a very thin cup of coffee). Unless you are willing to spend a lot of money to replace this every couple of years for the convenience, you will be better off buying something else more reliable. No, it is not a scaling issue.
Pros: Stylish, Convenient, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Not Reliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
