Beware

Lasted a year, then must brew three or four times to get one mug of coffee. Takes forever to even brew, water goes back into water reservoir. This is my second machine, first machine only lasted a bit over two years. Clean regular so scale is not problem. Also use filtered water. Too expensive to keep buying.
Pros: Easy To Use When Working
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lemon Alert!

Bought the first one at Costco in early March. The pump failed within three weeks and I returned it for a replacement. The pump on the second one failed after only 5 days, and I returned it yesterday. This is pathetic! For the price, they need to have a much better design and perhaps some quality-control in the manufacturing process. I've had my mini for three years with nary a problem, and I've gone back to using it.
Cons: Pump Fails Immediately
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verified Purchase:No
Purchased this at Costco and within 1 week, began getting a "prime" issue. I called into keurig numerous times trying to resolve it but it continued. They finally sent me a new brewer under warranty. Hope this is a better unit than my first one.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Prime issue, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prime...Prime...Prime

It seems to me that the major issue with this brewer is "Prime." My first brewer did that after only owing it for three months. It was replaced quickly and I was brewing again. However, after about 14 months, the problem has started again. I have descaled this brewer so that should not be an issue. It's really frustrating because we have to unplug the brewer and wait for it to cycle again in order to brew a cup of coffee. In the morning, when I am in a rush to get out the door, this can be a little bothersome. I truly hope the developers of this brewer read all of the comments and find a way to improve the performance on this model.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I have purchased 6 brewers and this one is horrible. The older ones I gave to my daughters are still working while this one barely works at all. So disappointed and paid a lot of money for it.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Pump And Prime Issues

Fantastic Brew....for a while anyways

Our Keurig Platinum worked fine for almost three years. Within the past month, we have noticed a big problem with the pump. It now takes over two minutes to pour a cup of coffee because the pump can't seem to draw the water into the basin anymore. I have gone through the de-scaling process and even endured the horrible tasting first cup after the fact and still nothing. And now we are receiving the Prime error message. I am going to contact Keurig to see if they can do anything, but who knows. You spend more money on a "better" system, but apparently that only makes it last a year longer than the regular version according to reviews.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pump And Prime Issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expect to replace brewer frequently

It is extremely convenient but brewer life is terrible. Our first one was good and lasted a reasonable time as I remember about 3 years. Since we have purchased 7 of then from the top of the line to the bottom of the line. The worst life of brewer was 3 months the best and it was the Platinum line lasted about 11 months. We are hooked on the convenience and K-cups available but I repeat brewer life is terrible.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
