The big reservoir is really great. The B70 was much better noise wise and a little quicker. I love having a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The brewer makes so many clicking noises and I hope the K75 lasts longer than the B70. Customer service doesn't know their products and said they were shipping me a B70 to replace the one that just wouldn't turn on one morning. Customer service sent me a K75 after I specifically said is it the B70 and she said yes. Don't expect this brewer to last more than 2 years.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy

I have gone through 3 machines in just 4 years! First two keurigs, the motor went and it stopped pulling water. On the third the heating element went. I will say customer service is excellent and they are very willing to help.

Great Coffee Maker

The Keurig makes the best coffee I have had in years. The coffee taste like the coffee you get at fine restaurants.

Cool system; I'm glad I finally tried it

As a single person, the Keurig system is perfect to cut down on clean up time and wasted or scorched coffee. I'm so glad that I finally tried one of these systems, and I don't think I'll ever go back to a drip coffeemaker again.

GREAT customer service

Just bought this K75 to replace a 3 yo K65. On the third day, water is dribbling out of the machine. Volume is 1/4 of what it should be. Argh!!! I am furious, having spent $$$ at a local retailer. Call Keurig customer service. The rep walked me through a few maintenance steps, including cleaning out the upper needle with a paper clip. Doing so, lots of loose grounds were obvious. We ran a few clear water cycles and viola, full pressure and volume! The coffee buyer (my wife) had bought a few brands of coffee that are NOT k-cup approved. They fit and work, yes, but also clog the machine. DON'T USE OFF BRAND CUPS! Kudos to the rep, whose name I did not catch. She was in GA, but said she was from the Buffalo area. Thank you, whoever you are!

Not A Useable System

Usually brew 3-5 beverages a week. Now my unit is not functioning at all, just blinks at me or only releases enough water for 4 ounces.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

COULDN'T BE BETTER

THIS IS OUR SECOND PLATINUM KEURIG AND HOPE THEY STILL MAKE THIS MODEL WHEN WE GET ANOTHER ONE. VERY EASY TO USE, QUIET COMPARED TO THE FIRST MODELS WE HAD YEARS AGO AND JUST KEEPS ON GOING. WE SERVED COFFEE EVERYDAY TO OUR CLIENTS WHO CAME TO THE OFFICE AND NOW USE IT FOR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS IN OUR HOME. I'M TRYING HARD TO THINK OF A NEGATIVE AND MAY HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH TWO EXCELLENT MACHINES. OH YES! THE ONLY REASON WE'VE HAD TWO OF THE SAME MODEL; IT WAS TAKEN BY ONE OF OUR CHILDREN ON A VISIT:-)
