Absolutely love this machine. Our family of four use it daily. Excellent coffee every time and fast for on your way to work. The only thing I would like is to be able to completely empty the brewer for storage. (we bought one for our travel trailer) We have to bring it in the house for the winter to prevent freezing damage.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast

This is an amazingly wonderful machine and we have been using ours for almost three years. We had another one before that and it lasted for almost 2 1/2 years until it quit on us, but my husband figured out that by leaving it on 24/7, that is what caused it to quit. Now we use ours whenever we want and since we dont drink endless cups of hot beverages, we simply turn it off when not in use and it only takes seconds to heat up when we push the button back on. The convenience is unsurpassable....the taste is actually better than a cup of coffee from famous coffee shops, and we use it every single day for coffee, tea, hot water needs in the kitchen etc. Well worth the money to have such a luxury item in my home day after day.

Great Brewer!!

Got my wife this brewer, so far its great!! Just make sure you install your filter first, I got carried away and did initial set up first before puting in the filter, but otherwise, brews very fast, the k-cups are kind of bland though, need to add your own sugar, set up was very easy, my wife loves it!! I just wish it had a setting for extra large mugs, only down fall thus far, i have a larger mug and only fills it 3/4, but ill live.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Only lasts 2 years

I have loved my Keuring. Very pricey machine and so is the coffee, but I felt I was worth it. Now my pot died after only 2 years! Not acceptable!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Great Coffee Every Time, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey For Only 2 Yr Use, Very Pricey For 2 Yr Life, Pricey / Poor Value

Convenient, need to extend brewer life

We're on our third Platinum brewer. First brewer gave up after about 7 monhts; Keurig replaced under warranty. Replacement brewer had problems from day one - flow was slow - we were descaling it every 4 weeks (pain in the tush!). After nearly a year of the descaling madness, Keurig finally acknowledged that problem may be the brewer and replaced the unit. So, we're on #3 and hope it lasts longer than the previous two. We use only filtered water and are diligent about descaling. We truly enjoy the product - the only issue is that the life expectancy of the machine is way too short. A big plus is that Keurig honors their warranty.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Convenient, Honors Warranty, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Descaling Takes Too Long, Life Expentance Of Brewer

Not durable

Loved my Keurig for the first year and a half until it stopped working! It would make noise like it wanted to brew, but nothing happened. I tried cleaning it and cleaning it and cleaning it to no avail. My daughter had the same problem with hers after about the same amount of time. A friend of mine said hers did the same thing while it was still under warranty so she was able to get a replacement for free. It's a great idea but not durable for the money. It should last longer than 18 months!!!!!!!!!!!

Great...for about a year

I have gone through 3 machines in just 4 years! First two keurigs, the motor went and it stopped pulling water. On the third the heating element went. I will say customer service is excellent and they are very willing to help.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Doesn't last
