A Prized Possession!

I liked coffee before buying this single-cup Platinum coffee maker. Now I LOVE coffee! My husband rarely drank coffee before and now he is having it daily because of the convenience and the huge selection of good K-cups available from Keurig. Sign up for automatic delivery and it will be exciting each time just to know another order of K-cups is on the way.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

Works well, for a while

This is the second machine I have owned. I previously had the Elite. After about a year the elite began not brewing when the brew button was pressed, brewing too little or too much for the cup size selected, etc. So we cashed in point from the coffee club to get a discount on this brewer. Within a few months, this brewer has started doing the same things. It appears that after a while they begin having elctrical problems. We have been de-scaling properly and doing all the right things but we keep struggling with the machine. When you get the correct cup size and it brews the first time you press the button, it is great. But when it is giving us a hard time..not so great. Works great in the beginning but becomes hit or miss after a while.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Electrical problems

Had to replace 3 Twice!! Bad Model

I love Keurig. I have been using Keurig for several years now. The original model was great. When I decided to upgrade to this model I had high hopes. I use it everyday and my family use it everyday. We do put a lot of wear on our Keurig machines, the first, most basic model took it just fine. This one, not so much. We have had to have two replacements sent. The second one, which we just received just arrived. The one we have just had to replace only worked for three weeks before it began to only brew the smallest cup size no matter what cup setting you choose. Not a good model. But by all means choose one of the others!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We no longer waste coffee; everyone drinks their own brand; every cup is hot and fresh. Awesome!!! and we also make tea and hot cocoa

Love it but a little Loud

I absolutely love my Keurig. But I have small children and the brewing sound can be a little loud. Even so, I use it anyway.

I love love love this machine. I love drinking coffee and tea all day and this is perfect. I can start with caffeine for the first cup, switch to decaf, have different flavors, everyone can have their choice, then have tea in the afternoon and hot chocolate at night. Oh yeah, I can also have the the BEST iced tea. I do not have one negative thing to say about this machine and the k-cups. This is the best thing that has come out since the bread machine.

This Keurig machine is the best coffee maker that I have ever used. It is so easy to use and so simply to clean. I will never go to another coffee maker unless it is another Keurig machine!!! I have bought all of my family Keurig Machines for the past year: Birthdys, Christmas, Easter, and they all love them!

I love this coffee maker! I would recomend to everyone! I always get compliments on the coffee, look, and how quick it is!!!! Just waiting for even more varieties of coffees and teas!
