Love, love, love my Keurig!

I don't know why we waited so long to purchase a Keurig. We love how easy and speedy it is to brew a cup of coffee anytime. We also love that our Keurig K75 Platinum is saving us money. With our old coffee pot, we'd brew an entire pot and never drink it all. Now, we can brew as many or as few cups as we like on demand.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

All too often I'll go to make my morning coffee and the brewing system just doesn't work. I'll then try: turning unit off and back on; emptying the water reservoir and refilling with fresh water (filtered); opening the brewing cup device and closing it again; Nothing seems to work. We had company here and the system had a workout and worked fine. Today I went to brew and it didn't work. The "de-scale" message is not showing up. Very frustrating. We will buy another one just because the idea of being able to brew coffee so quickly and effortlessly (that is when it is working!) has us addicted.

Cons: Frequent Malfunctions

mom is 89 years old she like her 2 cups of coffee can not lift a pot any more but can lift a cup she loves this coffee maker.

Wonderful when it works

Purchased the B70 on 4/15/12, descaled every 5-6 months since it wasn't being used daily. Loved everything about it. However; recently the unit got to where the water was not getting hot, only lukewarm. Called Keurig (1/6/14), was told to descale, after descaling the water still was not getting hot. Called Keurig again, the lady didn't know what the problem was, and since it was out of warranty they couldn't replace it but I could purchase another one at a reduced price. So I'm giving it another try since I do like the unit. But I'm hoping this one lasts longer than 1 year-8 mos. Can't afford to keep them in business by buying one every 2 years or so. Especially since it's only being used occasionally.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

After we descaled this twice a friend told us to use distilled water, no problems since then. Love it!

Cons: Needs Hotter For Teas

My family of 5 use it daily and have no complaints! We all love it-it was an upgrade from the single cup Keurig so a great improvement with the speed of delivery and being able to use the taller cups/travel mugs!

My husband and I have had coffee makers of all kinds and we have found the Keurig the most convenient and best one for us. Unfortunately our first model stopped pumping the water after almost 2 years BUT we have had other machines that haven't lasted that long so that wasn't an issue. We got the next model that had the largest water reservoir which made it more convenient since we didn't have to fill it so often. After reading many reviews we made sure we got the water filter and we also put a filter on our water source to help keep the lines clean. What we love the most about the Keurig is the capability of drinking a vast number of hot drinks without making large quantities. It allows us to have different kinds of coffee and tea. I have found that some of the varieties available are best brewed at a smaller cup size to get the best flavor but that many of my favorite coffees are very suitable for making a large cup. We realize that the cost of the Keurig is a bit more but so convenient and hassle free that it one item we feel good about splurging on.
