I have this System and love it.

They don't mention that the lid on the water container is able to open in half that can be filed with a pitcher of water instead of removing it to fill it. I love that it is so much easier to fill it.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable

We had the Elite System before this, and I must say this is more efficient and much easier to use. The variety of cup sizes is great, and probably my favorite feature of this brewer along with the customized brew temperature. I absolutely love this brewer. The only con is that I have to remove the tray in order to accomodate my 24-ounce travel mugs, but other than that it is great!
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Love the coffee/hate the brewer

I love the coffee but the brewers stop working after 1 1/2 - 2 years. We are currently on our third one. I would like to find a better alternative, but until I do I will keep buying these!
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Doesn't last, Not durable

Great coffee for as long as it works

I bought the Platinum back at Christmas 2009 and had to get a replacement in March 2010. Keurig quickly replaced the one I had that was defective. The new machine worked great for about two years and then it started to pull water back into the machine and would not give the requested cup size. I would turn it off and then back on and work with it until it gave the correct size cup. At Thanksgiving 2013 I tried to make a cup of coffee and it would not make a cup. I continued to turn it off to try and reset it and finally water started coming out. Then I looked at the back of the machine and saw water running out the back of the machine. So after three years I now need to buy another machine because it only has a one year warranty. I don't want to pay that much money again in less than five years. I have a coffee maker that I have had for over 10 years and it is still working great. I may go back to my automatic drip coffee maker and keep my money in my pocket. Keurig is offering me a discounted machine but it's still too much money.

Cons: Not long lasting, Warranty Too Short, Pricey / Poor Value, Doesn't last long

The K-cups and the My K-cup make a great cup of coffee. The tea sample that came with it was worth buying more. The cocoa sample tasted metallic, watery, and a little weird. As hot water for traditional cocoa mix, there's still a metallic hint. Maybe it gets better with more use. Yes, I'm using double charcoal-filtered water. For use as a hot water dispenser it's awesome; teas, broths, soups, cereals. But, I can get a $20 hot pot that will make a quart of 190 deg water in the same amount of time. In reality there's only 2 brew sizes, 6 & 8 oz. The 4 oz wastes coffee and above 8 is too watery to enjoy. It's bothersome that the bottom 18oz of the reservoir is unavailable. It's like wasting 25% of the water you need. More so that the unit is advertised as 72oz reservoir when in reality only 64oz is available. More over, there's no reason that the last 18oz can't be used. I recommend this model if you consistently brew 64oz of coffee a day and you want 8oz of good coffee ready when you walk into the kitchen; you can't go wrong even at full price. If you need >64oz I suggest a commercial version or regular coffee pot. If you need >8oz when you walk into the kitchen, you'll need 2 Keurigs. Think about a smaller/simpler model instead.

Excellent for family with diverse taste

My family uses this system every day. It is extremely easy to use and lets everyone in the family enjoy their own favorites. We have purchased the cold beverages, hot tea, apple cider, hot chocolate, and of course, coffee. Cups are expensive, but having the diversity of choices is very nice.

I use my brewer everyday. I love this model better than my last. Love the water reservoir with the lid that flips open. So convenient It is so quiet. I like the removable cup shelf for accommodating a travel cup and easy cleaning.
