Great System with an Annoying Flaw

I love the available cup sizes this brewing system has, but it has an annoying flaw. Very often, the pump fails to draw enough water to fill to the size of the cup chosen. It just stalls mid-brew. Thankfully, I can just pick another size to accomodate a second brew to fill to the size I selected (or thereabout). I think this might be an electronic glitch. My friend's brewer (same model) often failed to even try to brew, and had the same partial fills. Keurig did replace her brewer, so kudos to Keurig for that. But, even with the occasional fill flaw, I still love this brewer and would recommend it. It would be perfect if not for the flaw (which is not present in another model I have).
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pump Fails Sometimes

Best Keurig Machine Yet!!

We have the B50 and love it.....except for the noisy pump. We just bought the Platinum and now we have the perfect coffee maker. My wife and I make 6-8 cups a day and this machine holds up well. I could not ask for anything better than this machine. With so many cup sizes to determine the strength of your coffee, you can wake up slowly or really get a kick start. I recommend you buy this, heck buy 2!!!

Excellent Brewer

This is an excellent brewer. Unlike the B60 it's pumping system is whisper quiet... very nice to wake up to! The automatic on/off feature is useful and makes it ready to brew when I get out of bed each morning. Easy to use, great tasting coffee and a very quick brew cycle

there are times when the coffee doesn't work and we have to turn it off and then on again to get it to work. After we do this we need to put a larger container under it because you will get two cups at once. Then you can start over again with a fresh cup.

Cons: Doesn't always work

4 oz Makes the BEST coffee

I use the Keurig for morning, office, & parties, several different ways. Summer - 4 oz for iced coffee or tea later in the day. Winter - 4oz coffee with 4oz hot chocolate for mocha coffees (open hot chocolate cups & pour into cup, rather than dispense, for more chocolate flavor). Oooh...try white hot chocolate for a special treat. Parties - I display a basket of coffees and a basket for teas. Convenient and an elegant touch! Try the Keurig milk steamer/frother for the EASIEST lattes! I am a financial person by trade and have costed out Keurig vs brick & mortar vendor coffees. They can't come close to the price, nor convenience!

Cons: A bit noisy, Hot choc disp not great

I love this machine, and so does everyone that uses it...as a matter of fact my son has one, my sister has one as does my sister in law, all because they tried mine! This machine is so easy to use, and clean when necessary. There is such a great selection of coffees and they all come out so well. I've used this everyday (sometimes several times) for almost 2 years and it runs like a champ! Fabulous machine.

Each person can choose preferred coffee. Very convenient and the different choices of K-cups are great.
