I'm a Kuerig Convert

I've had my Keurig Platinum (B-70) for more than a year and I can't imagine life without it. I used to throw out as much coffee as I drank. Now I make it one cup at a time and I rarely throw out anything. My only regret has to do with selection of K-Cups that are available. I have tried quite a few and have developed a few favorites but I wish that Starbucks would become one of the suppliers. I use my reusable K-Cup to brew some Starbucks coffees but I would really lover to have them prepackaged. There is nothing on the market today that is better than a Keurig!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use

I went from a Cuisinart to this machine. I LOVE it!!! I have told everyone I know how great this machine is!

My wife and I originally purchased our B70 Platinum brewer in May of 2009. Just recently, we began having a problem with the brewer dispensing the correct amount of water. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the process of cleaning the exit needle with a paperclip. I should note that we only use bottled/filtered water in the water reservoir and regulary de-scale the brewer every eight to ten weeks. After performing the process of cleaning the exit needle several times, the problem persisted. The customer service agent advised me that since she could not resolve the problem, she would ship us a new brewer at no cost. I was amazed because I thought for sure that we would have to return the brewer for service and that it would take weeks for the repair and return of the brewer. We had our new brewer in just four days! I must say the Keurig stands behind their warranty and their product. I would highly recommend their products to everyone! Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Quiet, great coffee, some problems

Basic model a lot noisier but always worked. The platinum sometimes won't pump the water into the chamber or sometimes won't brew. Then it has to be re-set and will brew the largest size cup to get rid of all the water in the chamber. Annoying. Keurig replaced our first platinum because it had frequent problems. This one isn't so bad but still does it.

Cons: Doesn't always work

The Ultimate Coffee Maker!

I have the Platinum and I absolutely love it! I tell everyone I meet that this is the Ultimate Coffee Maker! I have two of the carousels and love being able to display all of the varieties of coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate and now the Christmas special blends! I like to buy the samples of the different varieties and always have plenty on hand and I buy the larger boxes of my favorites! I am a walking advertisement for this product! It is the most creative, perfect for everyone, fun and efficient coffee maker I have ever had! I am totally a believer!

The best coffee maker on the market !

We use the product daily for coffee and tea, no waste, great selection of coffee and tea. I quit going to Starbucks every day. So now I am not only saving money on wasted coffee, but saving gas money as well. A truly wonderful product. We purchased the B77 Version through [...] at a great price.

Why did I wait so long

Not only does My Keurig Platinum make truely great coffee cup after cup, but it offers my wife and I variety so she and I can drink different coffee. We don't have to drink the same coffee everyday. My wife prefers mild roasts and I enjoy fuller, darker roasts. We also entertain all the time. Before the Keurig we were constantly watching the coffee pot for refills or we had to drag out the 60 cup coffee urn. Now each guest makes there own coffee when they want it and each cup is fresh. We can offer our guests a variety of coffee and tea selections instead of just one coffee. This has been an awesome purchase and we use less coffee now than before.

Coffee made to order everytime!

Some coworkers and I were purchasing our own flavored coffees to use in the coffee makers at work. Our company switched to the one-cup Keurig and we discovered they had flavored coffees as well. Other coworkers smelled our coffee and the group has grown. Two of us now have our own machines at home. Thanks to the coffee club points I have the platinum model. Now I can have my flavored coffee at home when I want it and can switch flavors with every cup if I want to. I haven't had it long enough to comment on it's durability.
