I love the Platinum brewer, very easy to use from the moment I plugged it in. The coffee is delicious and there are so many more varieties to choose from compared to the other single-cup brewer I had before the Keurig.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Our Keurig and our handicapped son

Our Platinum Keurig arrived yesterday and we immediately began to experiment. I noticed that our young adult son was watching closely -- he is mentally handicapped. I asked him if he'd like to make some coffee and he came right in, put in the Kcup of his choice, added his favorite mug and pushed the brew button. He made a perfect cup of coffee all by himself. We were not prepared for his utter delight, he was so proud of himself! He is making all of the coffee around here today for everyone and never tires of hearing what a terrific job he's done. Thank you, Keurig family, for this unexpected blessing~

So many choices so little time.

We love this machine. We have four coffe drinkers in the house all with very different tastes. This accommodates everyone. This is my second machine. The first I returned due to it would occasionally make a half cup and the next would overflow. I have well water and did not use filtered water, I don't know if that was the reason or not but, my new one we only use filtered water and it has worked great. I love that you can make iced tea one glass at a time, instead of a whole pitcher that gets wasted.

Very handy. I can make two or three cups ( when it's working right, in minutes.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Very handy
Cons: Doesn't always work right

Won't brew!!

I am on my second Platinum brewer and have run into the same problems on both.Machine says its brewing and nothing comes out unless you unplug or turn off or constantly clean the needle holes. What a waste of time. Works intermittenly.Have called customer service on both machines and have been walked through the "process" of resetting etc. Will work........sometimes. I have read similer reviews on other sites with the same issue. I love this machine when it is working and cannot see going back to the old coffee pot. Keurig needs to seriously look into this common problem.I LIKE this machine......when it works!My first Platinum had a loud pump noise which Keurig fixed with newer model but the brewing cycle and nothing coming out still haunts the machines. Keurig! great machine but get the bugs out of the inner workings.Customer service however gets all 5 stars as they are a great group and understand the issues of their customers and can resolve them professionaly. Keep up the good work guys!

This brewer is by far the best coffee pot I have ever used! It is quick, not messy, easy to use and makes great coffee! Well worth the money to me.

A Money Saver!

I love love love this machine! Being a "coffee snob" I've always purchased premium coffee beans. However I never seemed to drink the entire portion I would brew. Therefore I was wasting money. This machine solves the problem. I was worried about giving up my Cuisinart Grind & Brew maker. Turns out my worries were for nothing. I love having a cup of high quality cup of coffee in seconds - and being able to brew different blends/flavors each time I want a cup. I am buying this item for holiday gifts - but only for those I love!

Great coffee maker

The Platinum brewer replaced my Senseo coffee maker. I am not disappointed either. I brought it in to work for a couple of weeks and got 2 coworkers to purchase the Platinum and we went in together to get the elite to stay at the office.
