Will not last

I have loved this machine until today. It just completley stopped working and its less than 2 years old. It wont even turn on. I called customer service and they were willing to offer me a new one at a discounted price. They only offer a 1 year warranty on this product, which shows that they clearly do not stand by their product. I dont think i will spend another [$] on a machine that doesnt even last 2 years!
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine

I've had this brewer for almost 2 years now. It displayed the de-scale message so I ran the vinegar through it. The machine continued to not work and display the message but this time I could not get it to brew the vinegar. Called customer service who walked me through cleaning the needles in the top of the machine (there are 3 needles that need cleaned) and instantly it started working. Thank you customer service for taking the time and staying on the phone with me as I fixed my machine!!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mine stopped brewing. .I kept up with the maintenance. I am very much disappointed. More so because of the fact that I recently purchased 2 boxes of assorted k-cups.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

On my second one, first one stop working after one year, got the cheaper one now not happy with it, won't buy again

Purchased the B70 a year and a half ago. It was working fine, but now it will not turn on. Customer Support apologized, and offered to sell me another one at a discounted price. Needless to say, I didn't take them up on their offer. This machine is too expensive to replace every year and a half, or less. Reading other reviews, it seems obvious that this product is not well engineered.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Not durable

Have had a Bunn for years, and wish I had went with a Bunn.. I have had nothing but problems...water leaking, after only two days... then got other one, and that had a foul taste.. they were willing to send me another one 3-7 days.. You have to keep putting money out for this maker, I went as far as getting the paper filters to try and save money.. but am spending far more than its worth.. a Bunn you can count on..

Second machine, both lasted 2 years

Great when it works. The engineers should design a better switch. This is our second broken switch in two years. The K cups are expensive enough without buying a new machine every two years.
Cons: Poor Switch Design, Pricey / Poor Value, Switch Broke For 2nd Time
