Awesome Coffee Maker

[...] It take less than a minute for a cup of coffee, I like the fact that I can ground my own coffee or use the K-cups, and my kids love the hot chocolate.

Had this brewer for 2 years now and it has been great. Keurig has been very responsive to any calls I had to them if I had any trouble. As far as pricing goes keep ordering from Keurig.com and set up an account. You will start receiving points and getting discounts. Most of the time you will see prices cheaper than anyware [...] This is a great machine and I also have the mini brewer which we take on vacation with us because we cannot live without the ease and great cup of coffee. Also this system saves a lot of money when you consider taking a cup of coffee to work rather than spending $1.35 to $3.00 for a cup of coffee at a deli or other name brand coffee places. The coffee is as good or better in most cases.

Keurig turned me into a coffee lover

If you weren't familiar with Keurig, and you set out to create the perfect coffee maker, it would probably end up having all the options of this maker. Makes percolator "hot" coffee without the mess, in a fraction of the time. Perfection.

Top of the line design and easy to use. Why is the power button lost in the back of the brewer?

I am on my second PLatinum Brewer. I love its performance. I am unimpressed by its reliability. My first brewer barely lasted one year before the pump gave out. If this, my second, secumbs to the same failure, I will reluctantly have to bail out of what ahs been an excellent program with Keurig. I love the process and the product.

I'm not a coffee drinker myself but I have frequent houseguests who are. My Keurig machine lets me offer them quality coffee as needed, without the fuss of storing beans, grinder, etc. As a bonus, my Keurig machine has now replaced my teakettle, since I discovered that the Twinings English Breakfast tea I love is also available in a Kcup. I am very glad to have this brewer in my home, it suits my needs perfectly.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Versatile, Easy to use

This was the best investment we ever made. We don't have to spend all that time on clean up plus we don't go out and buy coffee on the road nearly as much. I have bought two of these as gifts to family members for Christmas and they love them too.

I have always loved drinking coffee in the morning, but am NOT a morning person and hated dealing with measuring coffee and messing with the filters in the morning so I rarely got around to actually making it. Since I have had my keurig I have had had coffee daily! It takes literally just seconds to have a perfectly measured, great cup of coffee. I would never go back to the conventional coffee maker!
