LOVE MY KEURIG

I have had my Keurig 2 years now, and love, love, love it! I purchase my coffee fresh roasted and grind daily. The Keurig is easy to use, (even I could program it!) I like that I can make 1 cup or 4 in the same (or less) amount of time it takes to brew 1 pot of coffee, and it doesn't sit around waiting for someone to drink it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Use My Own Coffee, Easy to use
Cons: Expensive Keurig Coffees

Great Customer Service by Keurig when I needed a warranty issue solved. Biggest problem is when the nozzle clogs, second would be that you must reset setting every single time there is any electric outage or power blip at all.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Must Reset Settings, Water Clogs, Fragile

LOVE having 5 cup sizes to choose from..

I had a different model before getting the Platinum. It was fine but I am enjoying the larger resevoir and also the option for a larger cup of coffee.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Replacement Brewer

This is a replacement for an older model. This model is a lot quieter than the old. It also has temperature settings that I find useful.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Awesome Brewer

Absolutely love this machine. Our family of four use it daily. Excellent coffee every time and fast for on your way to work. The only thing I would like is to be able to completely empty the brewer for storage. (we bought one for our travel trailer) We have to bring it in the house for the winter to prevent freezing damage.

The English Breakfast tea is great. Very nice coffee maker. Can now have Starbucks coffee at home and relax on the deck.

Worked great & then did not work at all

It was very convenient, and I loved it for daily use, and for serving guests who appreciate the variety like we do. However, today when I plugged it in, it would not work, and customer service had no solution other than to offer a nice discount for a new one. This means no coffee at home for 3-7 business days- which is terrible.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Not Long Lasting

I loved the ease of use, but this is the 3rd Keurig I have had. The first one was the basic edition, but I had problems with it and decided to upgrade to the platinum edition because of the features such as multiple cup sizes. However, that one conked out and customer service replaced with another one because it was under warranty. However, that was about 2 years ago, and now that one has conked out - I've descaled it, cleaned the needles, etc. and it just won't work anymore. I thought these machines were supposed to be built to be long lasting, but apparently not.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
