Not durable

Even after descaling, the unit does not work. It takes up to 4 tries to fill a cup at the same setting. Either the pump isn't consistent or the brain of the unit is going bad. It is disappointing that a unit that I paid so much for didn't last much beyond the warranty period.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Inconsistent Operations, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SELL ME A NEW ONE!!!
on February 16, 2013

I like this product, because I only drink 1 cup a day. Not ideal when you have family staying though. Waiting in line. Really mad that I registered my product and they want to sell me a new one, because their product failed right after a year. It is stylish on the counter, other than the water leaking from the bottom. It also is hard to clean.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most expensive brewer ever purchased
on February 22, 2013

The unit seems to be fine but rather pricey for the function it performs. It does brew a delightful cup of coffee everytime. The cup sizes are good although my cup does not fit so another cup must be used then poured into my mug (to tall).
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the Keurig after I tasted the best cup of coffee. So I decided to purchase the top of the line Platium edition. Loved it! Spend alot of money for a coffee pot! Only lasted 2 years and I was so dissapointed. I cannot afford to purchase another one. Thought by buying the best it would last a lot longer!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheaply Made--Expensive Coffee
on February 25, 2013

worked great for about one year then it broke. It was unable to hold pressure to force out the coffee--cheaply made--coffee is also expensive. and If you have to buy a new coffee pot every year--very expensive. I will try one more pot--if it breaks in less than 3 years--I'm done.
