We have had our Keurig for 2 years and we all love it.(Four adults in our household.) We use it for every hot or cold-brewed drink there is, every day of the year. It's just too bad we have to press things twice to get a 16oz cup when we want less strength. Also, we have had to troubleshoot a few times in the 2 years we have had it. Since we use it so often we bought a special cabinet in which to keep all our beverage needs so that everything like K-cups, sweeteners, creamers, stir sticks, cups, etc. are all at our fingertips. We love this machine. We have the Platinum. It has stopped working today and I will have to call them, but no matter what the outcome, and even though it is pricey, we will be getting another!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: We Wish It Had A 16oz Siz, Limited Cup Sizes

I love my Keurig

I have read a few cons about this coffee maker but I have yet to find one. The first thing I did was buy a machine to clean the water I use because I have had trouble before with other coffee makers. I have found everything about this machine great. Its fast, its easy and there is no mess to clean. The good thing is there is no waste of coffee. My husband would make coffee and never finish the amount he would make. I have found this coffee maker worth every cent I gave for it.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Easy to use

I received my brewer as a gift, and absolutely loved it from the start. I was extremely disappointed when just before a year's time I started having trouble with it. I cleaned it and followed all instructions, and I was able to use it for a short time. Then it started leaking, wouldn't brew, and made all sorts of noises. After speaking with the company we purchased a new one at half price. Just hope it lasts longer, as they are expensive machines, but I really enjoy it.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

Quiet, Fast, Simple Great Coffee

The brewer is expensive & the k-cups even more so, but the convenience is worth it! Best to join the automatic shipment for K-Cups. I wouldn't go back to a regular coffee maker for anything. No wasted coffee and each cup is freshly brewed. Not just for coffee...try the tea, hot chocolate etc. Something for everyone!

Love it but it has a design problem!

We have had problems with the Prime light coming on after every cup brewed on 2 brewers. Keurig replaced them. Concerned how many brewers we will need to have until Keurig solves the design problem with the water reservoir sensor & the prime light. As long as they keep shipping me replacements we are ok I guess!Makes a FANTASTIC cup of coffee so we will not give up! Have lots of friends hooked now too!

I am not a "coffee drinker" but have a personal hot chocolate mix that I make up myself so I worried this was a waste of money but I LOVE IT. It is so speedy and great to use even with my personal hot chocolate mix, and when any of my friends come over, I can offer everybody their own choice of any kind of coffee, regular or decaf, tea, regular hot chocolate - dark or lite, apple cider - or any thing they want. I am learning to adjust for things such as the fact that I like my hot tea very weak and the Keurig is very accommodating for me! I love that it is so quick and easy to add the water! I also can find a wide variety of K-cups nearly everywhere I shop. Greatest purchase I have made in a long time. So glad I made this purchase!!!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

We purchased our Kuerig over a year ago, and have since purchased another one for our 5th wheel for when we are camping. We love our Kuerig, and up until now had no problem with it, and thanks to customer service, our problem was easily rectified. They talked me through going to the videos, and following the quick and easy steps to clean the needles, my Kuerig is back to working again, and coffee is flowing again, YEAH!!!! Thank you to customer service for making me a happy girl again.

Really love this unit

I use this unit everyday, some days I want a small cup, most days I need the large cup. I just put in the k-cup, and keep the reservoir full and ready, press the brew button and there it is.... I did have an issue, not brewing, the needle clogged up as I used to fine a grind in the my k-cup and clogged it up, called customer service, and step by step on the phone got it working, (this is in the owners manual too) I love the energy on/off switch also. Thanks Keurig!!
