One of the best Christmas gifts ever!

I love coffee, but usually only drink it at work because I'm the only one in my family who drinks it. Now, I can have it, literally, whenever I want. The machine is perfect.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use

I purchased this Keurig as a Christmas gift for my husband since I am not a coffee drinker. He is really enjoying it to the fullest, in fact I think I am too (I am using it for the Hot Cocoa). It is great to offer our company their own choice of flavored coffee when they are visiting. I cannot wait to try the iced tea k-cups! I have a feeling we can get spoiled quick using this machine.

water should be hotter

I only wish the water would be a little hotter setting as I use milk in my coffee and it instantly cools it down.

I love this machine!! Makes great coffee!! If you are a coffee snob like I can be then you may also want the "My K-Cup" filter assembly so you can add your own coffee grounds. Especially handy for the folks who roast their own coffee beans!!

Love this machine

I was a little nervous about purchasing this unit. I have been using the Senso for awhile and liked it. I decided to purchase Keurig Platinum and have fallen in love. All the different flavors to choose from. You don't waste any coffee at all like you can with a regular coffee maker. Tea's, Coffee and coco, they have it all. You will be extremely happy with this unit.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable

I've used my Platinum for nearly a year now and sadly the machine kinda died on me. I was heart broken because my morning cup of coffee is an important part of my day. When I called the customer support team I was so happy because they immediately sent me a brand new machine!

This brewer has been fantastic for our family! I originally purchased it for my husband over 3 years ago to use at work in his office, but he refused to take it, as to not look like a loaf...so it stayed at home! Horray for that! I make his coffe every morning and have even purchased the extra filter thing that allows us to use our own coffee! I have started using it for the hot water feature so I can warm my daughters baby food jar without irradiating it! It does make noise, but it is more like a humming sound when warming water. It is worth the money and the soothing light is fabulous at night for tip toeing around the kitchen!

Great when running late in the morning. Great for more than one coffee drinker with different tastes. Great coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and, cappuccino K-cups.
