Love my Keurig!

I have had my keurig for about one year and use it faithfully everyday by myself and my husband. I love it. It makes the perfect cup of coffee and I only recently started having a problem with it. I called customer service about it and they are replacing it without any problems. It is by far the best customer service I have ever received. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is for the maintenance of it and the fact that I had any trouble with it the first year.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Disappointing Lifetime

I was very excited and pleased with our Kuerig. It was perfect to accommodate my husband and my varying tastes in coffee. However after just one year (about two weeks after the warrantee expired) our Kuerig died. I tried every fix I could find on the Internet, from "burping" to vinegar cleaning to pressurized air to clean out the tubes. NOTHING worked. When I wrote Kuerig, they were not helpful at all. The conclusion, I need to spend the money on a new one. That won't be happening. Very disappointing. In fact, others I know who bought a Kuerig seem to have experienced the same untimely death of their expensive brewer. I don't recommend you waste the money on this brewing system unless you're prepared for an annual hefty expense to continuously replace it.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Died After One Year, Pricey / Poor Value, Bad Customer Service

Don't Waste your Money!

This brewing system was purchased and given as a Christmas present December 2010. As a military member I utilize this machine once a day everyday prior to going to work. The only exception is when I deploy. For the almost two years of owning this it has been used maybe 11 months. After numerous issues with air in the line and cleaning out the brewing system it finally quit powering on prior to Christmas 2012. After calling customer service I now have an expensive paperweight. And if I didn't purchase an outside warranty (that they don't offer) there is no way to have this fixed. Convenience isn't worth that much. I won't purchase anymore products from this company and I highly recommend everyone consider carefully in forking over hundreds of dollars for bad quality products.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my keurig! It's simple to use and very fast. I don't like coffee unless its flavored but it does make a great base for iced coffee and cocoas and teas! I love this thing!!

This was a Christmas gift.I didn't think I would like the K-Cup thing but I love it.My old capachino machine was a mess to use but made coffee the way I like it,strong.I was affraid this k-cup would make week tasteless coffee but I was wrong.The extra bold coffees are tasty and strong,love it,AND NO MESS !!I also get to choose from many flavors for variety.
Pros: Multiple Settings, No Mess, Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Love my Keurig!

We have had our Keurig for over 1 year. I absolutely love it. When I read other reviews and they say the machine stop working I wonder if it is because the consumer is not cleaning it properly. Yes mine has slowed to the point I thought it was done for but If I clean it 1X per month I have no problems. There is a special cleaner you can purchase that does a great job. It is sold even at grocery stores. Yes I love my Keurig. I love it so much I am buying one for my office staff!!!
