Does NOT last

I received this for Christmas last year 2010 and it stopped working by Christmas 2011. I followed all of the directions to keeping in good working order and with no warning just stopped pumping. I think Keurig should look into who programmed these machines, they may have a virus in the computer or something set to stop working after a certain number of days. They should find a different manufacturer. Keurig sent me a new one but I was very disappointed because I had the cinnamon red and they only had the black for replacements. I was told the replacement would be the exact model I had but a different color. When I received the replacement it was not the exact model I had but similar. It still had all the functions and cup sizes as the red one but the size, shape, water dispener etc were totally different. I just received my relacement yesterday, I hope it lasts. I love the keurig but they really need to do something to make them last.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

The first machine I got stopped working after 12 months...which happens to be when the warranty ends...the pump wouldn't work... The second machine...which was a gift...from day one, the indicator 'Prime' would come up after each brew. You had to take the water container off or unplug it to reset it. So I will be returning this one and will try one more time. I am not impressed, considering the price of these machines, one would assume they would be made better. Hopefully three times a charm.
Pros: Love The Taste, Love the varieties, Multiple Settings, Love the coffee, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Poor Quality, Pricey / Poor Value, Not Reliable

Short lifespan!!

I loved my keurig and still do. I bought my first in Feb 2010. It just recently stopped brewing this month. You go to brew and nothing comes out. I was so disappointed because I didn't want to go out and purchase another $200 machine. So I called Keurig and explained my problem, they walked me through a troubleshooting process and that didn't work either. So they sent me out a new replacement brewer at no cost. The same one I ad but a newer version. I was very happy with how they handled my case. I just wish they made the brewers a little more reliable and lasts longer. Other than that, I still love my brewer. I wonder what would happen if my new brewer has the same prob in 2 yrs? Would they replace that one also at no cost?
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Differences between new and old B70

I purchased a new B70 after the water pump in the old B70 died. Now, after 3 months, the "prime" kept coming up after I brewed a cup of coffee. Lucky for me, I kept the old tank, and now the prime problem is fixed? Maybe they shoudl go back to the old tank styles, and get better pumps.

broke after 1 1/2 years but partly our fault due to not cleaning enough. Make sure you clean frequently even with filter. We learned an expensive lesson but like it so much we bought another one.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

I have had 3 brewers, the last being the platinum. It started acting up about a year after getting it. Like Branson it shut itself off, or poured 2 ounces of water for an 8 ounce cup. We descaled several times without success. On occasion it worked and gave us some hope. Finally called the co. but by then the warranty had run out.

This was a good machine. Although it would be great if the temperature could be hotter. I love my coffee very hot. As with all the the other reviews, the machine doesn't last long. My machine started leaking and now the machine doesn't turn on. I've had the machine for less than 2 years and for the price that I paid--it should have lasted longer!!
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

Great coffee! - When it worked.

Best coffee I've ever had, but after 18 months it stopped brewing. Descaling it didn't help. Customer service was unwilling to help because it was out of warranty. They said I didn't descale it enough so it was my fault. I argued that a machine that cost so much should last more than 18 months. In the end, they agreed to send me a new one for free as a "one time courtesy." I took the old brewer apart, and found that it had been leaking for some time from one of the pumps onto another pump which caused that pump to rust and stop working. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Will not buy another keurig brewer.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
