TERRIFIC

My family LOVES coffee. Problem, we all like DIFFERENT coffee (flavored, not flavored, etc.) This is perfect. I make what I like and then so can everyone else. Not restricted to 1 pot of 1 type. Also, you can change it up. Have 1 flavor now and your 2nd cup can be another flavor or even tea or cocoa. I had the smaller 2 size cup version for 7 years. I finally wore it out and decided to go for the larger Keurig with more cup sizes. I am NOT disappointed. Anyone who thinks this is pricey is crazy. Can you imagine how much money I am saving by not buying my daily coffee (3-4 cups just for me) from some fancy coffee shop or even donut place each day? In fact several friends and relatives and even my plumber saw the Keurig at my home and are now Keurig owners themselves!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buyer Beware

I wrote a review and the system wouldn't take it due to my language (which was not profane). So, I will spare you the gory details and just say I have been through two Platinum brewers with the same result: control circuit died. They replaced one, finally after some agony, and the other was past warranty so I didn't get anything but a generic reply email telling me to call with my serial number. With the first experience, I was not interested in calling. Keurig customer service like their engineering leaves something to be desired. If you are purchasing, be prepared to spend the $$ for the amount of coffee you drink daily ($750-800 a year for two of us @ 2 cups daily) plus replacing the machine about every two years. Wouldn't you think if they get you to spend this amount just for convenience that they would make a reliable machine? I have now bought another brand single cup brewer that uses real coffee and the only difference is that I have to dump the filter and rinse it which takes about 10 seconds. I am drinking much better coffee in the same amount of time at a fraction of the cost. You be the judge!
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lasts a few days longer than warranty

Beware of this pricey item. We owned this for 1 year and the heating element went out on it. Was overflowing water everywhere. We looked up the issue on the internet only to find hundreds of unhappy customers with the same issue. Customer Service is not helpful other than saying their sorry and it's out of warranty and they will give you one hundred off parts only. I am very angry that this item is of such poor quality that I can't own in past 1 year. They recommended going with one of the office models-one of which is less expensive than the home models. So, you know these are poor quality but you still sell them? We use our Keureg 2-3 times per day. I would consider that normal use. And we keep up with maintenance and keep it extremely clean. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I just received my Platinum B78 Brewer this afternoon. The set up was simple and easy. I've never tasted a K-Cup of coffee before today and I must say, the two cups I drank were absolutely delicious and extremely HOT! (as I like). I can see why so many people keep re-purchasing these coffee brewers even though many complain about Keurigs' durability issues and their products inconsistent longevity. I sure hope I lucked out and got a keeper! Time shall tell. So far, I'm lovin' my Keurig Platinum Brewer.

Great machine but not worth the price since they lasted less than a year each. I have had two and both of them lasted less than one YEAR!!!!!! I will not not buy another one and would not reccommend these (platinum)to anyone I'm sorry that I already have and many of my friends have bought them and they all have problems!!!!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, 2 Broke In Less Then 1yr, Pricey / Poor Value

We enjoyed this product for just over one year, then it stopped working. The small holes clog easily and Keurig customer service talks us through tedious cleaning rituals that will fix it for one week and then we are back to a clogged unit. Very disappointed in their coffee brewer; we plan to replace it with a new Starbucks unit.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Clogs easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was happy with unit for the first year off ownership. Our Keurig Platinum Edition is about 2-3 years old. In second year of use, cup election sizes Don,t work. Now brewer does not brew. I brewed about 1-2 cups almost every day. Keeped unit very clean. Always used bottle water. I got more milage on a cheap $10-20. Coffee maker that has more brewing capacity & more use at my office.
