Great Brewer

Great unit. Two friends of mine brewed me a cup (1 B40 and 1 B60). Both were great, so I decided to purchase the B70. Very minor quirks of the brewer are not of concern. A little noisey when first heating the element at turn on. K-Cups are a little expensive, so I am trying the EZ Cup holder and paper filters with freshly ground beans. Different brands of cofee require different amounts depending on desired strength. Nothing about this unit would deter me from purchasing another one or recommending the product.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy

I've had this Keurig over a year, and am very happy with it. Works well and makes great coffee. It allows me to have a bold drip and other people in the house to have what they want without making multiple pots... Its cheaper than gas station or specialty coffee houses, and I found that i waste less coffee. (Before, I might make a pot, and others might decide they wanted hot choc or flavored coffe, etc.)
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings

The Company Tries

This is my second machine. The first lasted almost two years. It stopped working when the de-scale sign came on. Tried to add cleaner but wouldn't draw it in, so I took the bottom off, pulled the hose off the holding tank and drained that, put it back together and it sucked in the cleaner, made one cup and quit after that. Keurig gave me credit towards a new one. They need to get the kinks out before they go out of business. They have a good idea, they just need to refine it at that price. I would recommend this to others with a warning!

Save your money

First machine we got stopped pumping water after a year. Now our second one just died this weekend, not even a year old. Customer service was no help the first time around, we aren't even going to bother with them this time. Saving our money this time and moving on to another system and company with better products and customer service.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

4 machines in less than 18 months

I have now replaced my machine once at work in just one year, and my home machine I have replaced one after one year and now after just after a year with the new one I have to replace it again. This time I dont think I will even buy the Keurig. After seeing many reviews with the same issues its probably heading to the garbage and I will buy another mfg.
Cons: Machines Don~'~~t Last, Unreliable at best
