Love it but dissappointed

I love being able to brew a single cup of fresh coffee, iced tea, or hot chocolate when I want it. However, like some other reviews I have read, my machine now will not work properly and will only brew a partial cup or just a few drips. I have had to run it two or three times just to get a full cup of coffee. I have cleaned and de-scaled as suggested but it still will not work properly. Sometimes if I unplug, wait about a minute to plug back in and restart the machine, I might get a full cup of coffee but that gets old doing that every time I want a cup of coffee, and it is very frustrating. I love the concept and I would love the machine if it would work properly after one year.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Keurig

I use my Keurig everyday, and it's so easy to operate that my 7 year old uses it. I like that it has multiple cup sizes that I can adjust for when the kids make hot chocolate so they don't waste.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast

I Have had my Keurig for 3 years it has made thousands of cups of coffee love it It is starting to act up a bit I need to start shopping for a new one i got my moneys worth and then some love love love it

Broke in less than 1 year

Only used it to make 1 cup of coffee per day and it didn't even last one year. Sometimes the water would come out and sometimes it didn't. Bought another one and it didn't even last 6 months. Sometimes the coffee would be hot and other times it would brew at room temp.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Lasted two years

I purchased two of these machines, one for me and one for my dad. They both have quit working, within a week of each other. My dad's no longer has any power and mine won't brew at all. I clean my brewer once a month due to the fact that it has always had issues brewing (Keurig recommends once every 3 - 6 months). When I called about it not brewing I was told I wasn't cleaning it often enough, which is why I now clean it once a month. I spent over a hundred dollars on these machine, closer to $150 and they are no longer working. I feel as though you could call this machine disposable and that's a lot of money for a disposable product. Very disappointed. Keurig offered my mom a replacement machine at 1/2 off, but I am thinking no. That's still a lot of money for a disposable machine.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

I love my Keurig Brewer - I got this one about 2 years ago. Descaled it as recommended and then it became finicky at about a year and a half. Right now, I have to unplug everyday in order for it to heat up the water and be ready to brew. With so much that could go wrong... what can one expect. However, being the only one in the househould that drinks coffee, single brew is much better than a whole pot that never got drank. If you are going to buy one, make sure you get it on sale and have a good coupon for it, as much as I like it, I wouldn't pay full price for it.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey

Only Coffee Maker I'll Ever Have!

If you want jealous friends, than buy this coffee maker. Never will I buy another coffee maker. So simple to use, and so FAST!

Very happy the Platinum model

We have a Keurig Office PRO model at work. So decided the Platinum model would be great for the cottage. Our guests can enjoy coffee, tea or iced drinks whenever they want.
