Quick, Quiet, and Tasty

This is my second Keurig brewer. I was given the B60 a year ago as a gift and use it at work everyday. When our traditional coffee pot died at home I decided to upgrade to the platinum. Much quieter than the B60. Great for the house. Kids love it as well for hot cocoa and oatmeal. My son said the other morning that "this machine can do everything." Worth the extra money for the quiet pump.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable

"POW" Keurig Hits a Grandslam

Keurig hit a grandslam with this brewing machine. My very first Keurig was the Special Edition brewing system. My girlfriend purchased the Platinum Edition brewing system for christmas, and all I could say was WOW. This machine is awsome in every aspect of the word. Its all that and a whole lot more. I could not believe how amazing it was until I had to use my "old" drip coffee maker at my camp. I missed it so much I refused to drink coffee until we returned home. I totally regreated giving my the Special Edition brewing system to my mother, lol. I will be definitely be purchasing another Platinum Edition brewing system for my camp BEFORE I vacation there again. I have highly recommended this machine to many friends, and I am pleased to say that they too are now part of the Keurig family. Only draw back I see, the cost compared to the old style of brewing, yet if you like coffee as much as I do, the cost is well worth it. Ordering K cups is well worth your time and the money, as the nation's leading retailer only carries two brands, and they are merely 18 K cups to the box for almost the same cost as ordering the 24 K cups on line. I can see now what my friends next Christmas presents will be, dang did I just give it away, lol.

My third brewer

This is the third brewer that I have bought. I owned a Special Edition for about two years that I was having problems with. It probably could have been fixed but with the coffee club points it was almost cheaper to buy Platinum Edition. I have a single cub brewer at a summer cabin and it makes great coffee. The Platinum Brewer is so much quieter than the Special Edition. It seem to make hotter coffee than my old machine.I like the convience and pricing of buying my k-cups directly from the web-site. The Best Buy Ever Made

I have been a connoisseur of coffee for 25 years. However, I don't like old coffee; weak coffee or just plain bad coffee. My pickiness required that I purchase coffee at $2 dollars a day and with my kids, I couldn't come out of the store for under $11 per day. My friend purchased the Platinum and said I HAD to come over for coffee. I obliged her but was sure it wouldn't accomodate my elite taste. It was the best cup of coffee I ever had. My family purchased me the Platinum for Christmas and it is used throughout the day for all of us; whether tea, hot chocolate or super bold for me. I love it and it has saved me over $120 in just three weeks' time. Including the cost of the K-cups, it will pay for itself by the end of the month and has stopped the the daily leaking of money in my household. Also, it's healthier for the kids as they eat better at home than in a coffee shop.

I myself have the Platinum brewer.My wife and I just love it.She also uses it for tea and hot cocoa, To-nite I just bought the Mini Brewer for my grandson who turned thirteen yesterday.He wanted one as soon as he watched it work. He drinks decafe once in awhile and the hot chocolate and tea. I have already told friends what a great product you people have and that they should buy this product. Thanks again, Bob G. I am about to return my second brewer in less than a month. At first, it seemed great, and I loved the convenience of brewing 1 cup at a time. However, after about a week, the brewer started quitting on me. It would shut off automatically, sometimes mid-brew. I followed all troubleshooting steps, but nothing fixed the problem. I then called customer service, but they were unable to connect me with a technician because of high call volume (makes me wonder why so many people are calling with problems??). They promised a return phone call within 24-48 hours (a long wait if you can't go without your morning coffee). When they never called back, I returned my brewer. The same thing happened with my second brewer, and I'm STILL waiting on my return phone call, more than 48 hours later. I am really disappointed in the customer service from Keurig; for this reason, I would NOT recommend purchasing a Keurig product.

Cons: Doesn't work properly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We truly do love the quietness of this brewer! And the color I purchased was perfect for my kitchen decor! This is a GREAT brewer especially for kids who want to make their own hot cocoa, men who do not like to clean the coffee pot! and people like us who may only drink 1 or 2 cups at a time! I love, love my Keurig!

The amount of coffee grinds in the K Cup is perfect as we used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee everyday but with the Keurig we find we are very satisfied with one cup. I love the fact the system leaves no grind or coffee spills. It is perfect for a clean freak like me.
