love the system, not sure i would buy another, coffee product hard to get, no assortment packs other than the one that comes with the brewer.looks like they came out too soon without the coffee product to back it up. i am sure the are working to fix this.
Pros: Easy to use, Great System, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Poor Backup For Coffee

Love my Keurig, but over time, I've found that the coffee doesn't come out as fast, even with proper maintenance. Not only do I have a Keurig at home, I also brought one to my office!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, No Longer Fast

I use mine every day and love how fast and quiet it is. I also love all the varieties of coffees offered. Thanks for an amazing invention! This is my second one. I bought a different one with only one cup choice, so this time I went all out.

At first I was totally disapointed with this brewer, I was always getting the ""must prime" warning. Since I removed the black plastic screen filter at the bottom of the reservoir, never had the problem again. (the insert just slips off, and who needs it anyway there are screened filters inside the coffee pucks) Now it's fast and easy to use. I had sent this fix many times to customer suppot, but it just falls on deaf ears.

Easy to use. Programming it was really easy. I hated making pots of coffee when I only wanted a cup at a time. This works great.

I love my Keurig. This is the second one I've had. My old one died and wouldn't make coffee anymore. Keurig Customer Service was amazing and replaced it at no charge. I was very happy since I paid so much for it and it only lasted a year. I will continue to love my Keurig because they stand behind their products!
