I use the Keurig everyday (4 - 6) times a day and enjoy every fresh hot cup of coffee I brew. I found the machine easy to clean (descale) change the water filter regularly and have NO problems.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I purchase this coffee machine and was disappointed coffee was not strong for me. I like cream/sugar it made it worst like sugar water. What am I doing wrong or this coffee machine isn't for me.

It is a beautiful thing when you wake up that you can have a hot cup of coffee that tastes great so quick. (can't function without my coffee). I when from the B60 to B70 platinum and love the features of this unit.

I am a daily user, up to 3 cups. Plus the tea and haven't had any problems with the system yet. It's very easy to use. Just take your time and let the machine do it's work.

I was in LOVE with my Keurig and I told everyone! I was an awesome salesperson for Keurig. Then just past the 1 year mark, mine started breaking down. Contact customer service and get a NUMBER...then after holding for 30 min you are told to view videos! Didn't help me. I have gone back and forth with about 6 numbers and no action. My Keurig is dead and the truth is paying the amount of money I paid for my Keurig and having to purchase a new one every year is not acceptable. If you can't afford to purchase a new machine each year this is not a good machine for you.

After a few months you MUST clean with vinegar after spending 1 hour running and rinsing. Such a pain, time consuming, and the result? Please repeat.....over and over. Will not reset unless you unplug multiple times, rinse,move lever up and down over and over. There are so many times it does not work, I often go to work without my coffee. HUGH disappointment. If you have hours available to fill, rinse , repeat you won't mind. I do not.... Worst maker I have ever had, short lived, pure aggravation EVER!
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I highly recommend this product to coffee drinkers. I bought my first Keurig single cup 3 years ago. It is still in good shape and working well but my husband wants to bring it to his office so I am buying the B70 Platinum Plus as a replacement. This product MUST HAVE!
