I use it everyday.It is great because it is fast. Easy to clean. I pop the holder for the coffee out and add white vinegar to the reseroir then I run water throuh it after running the vinegar,until the vingar taste is out, just like brewing. Sometimes I have to reset it but it is my fault. All you have to do is get the book that came with it. I will always have a Keurig.
Pros: Very Fast, Easy to use, Durable, All Cup Size Use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

Works great, when it works... JUst quit after 22 months. Seems to be a common complaint.. Quality control is lacking. I understand built in obsolesence, but this is absurd
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Love my keurig

I love my coffee maker and as hard as it is to say, I will now be getting my 5th machine in around three years. Even though these machines have many many problems, I will still continue to purchase them for the ease of use. Keurigs customer service is great they always try to help when they can.. This time my machine is out of warranty so I will need to purchase again,.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Durability, Noisy

Yummy Coffee!

I love this coffee maker! It is perfect in my house because everyone likes a little different coffee and there is never a pot gone to waste. The only con I see is the cost of the K-Cups. I do wish they were more like $6 for a box of 16 but I suppose they can charge extra for the packaging. This can be remedied by getting the reusable cup but then you have to clean it each time.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast

System Clogs Too Often

I have had the Keurig® Platinum Brewing System for several months. It brews a good cup of coffee, but it plugs up too often. I use only filter and RO treated water so excess calcium is not the problem. I have found that the clog is in the brewing nozzle/needle that punctures the K cup. By directing compressed air into the overflow nozzle in the water chamber I am able to unclog the brewing nozzle/needle for a few weeks. When directing compressed air into the overflow nozzle, be careful that your water is not heated because it will back flow through the overflow nozzle as well as the brewing nozzle/needle. Be prepared to clean up the water that flows out when you pressurize the water heater chamber.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Good for a year.

Wish I had read the reviews here before I bought my Keurig Platinum Brewer. It would have saved me a lot of time, money and frustration. Mine lasted just a little over a year, then died. Because it was past warranty, Customer Service could not help me. It didn't always work perfectly during that time either, but I put up with it, talked to Customer Service a lot because I did like the concept of the machine. Unfortunately, they're just not built well. I hope the Keurig engineers read these reviews and come up with solutions because it sounds like there are a lot of problems with these machines. When you pay premium prices you expect to get a premium product. Not so with this one. Very disappointing.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: SHOULD LAST LONGER, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Not well built

Great when it works

We purchased the Keurig Platinum Brewing System in Dec 2010. We were very happy with it for the first couple of weeks then started having brewing problems, had to return it, were given a new one. The second one started acting up within a week, returned it, got a new one. The third one seemed to work like a charm and we were very pleased. Especially my husband. He loved the ease of use and how quickly it made a cup of very good coffee. I have to say, the Customer Service Representatives at Keurig were always very nice, apologetic and tried to solve our problems quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, after about 8 months of moderate use (I drink about 2 cups a week, my husband about 7-10 cups a week) it again started giving us brewing problems. Water would stop after cup was partially full or it wouldn't brew at all, then it would work for a while, then start giving us problems again. We did all the suggested maintenance, cleaning and descaling on a regular basis so that shouldn't have been the problem. The brewer went out completely after about 20 months, it just stopped brewing. We called customer service and were told because it was out of warranty they could not replace it but offered to sell us a new one at a discounted price. We are not happy with this. We feel the Keurig brewer is an expensive unit and should have lasted far longer than it did. We've had several less expensive automatic coffee machines in the past that have lasted for years. My husband is thoroughly disgusted with the unit and says even tho he loves it when it works, he will never purchase another Keurig brewer. It's just not worth the aggravation.
